The Lodge could use some refreshing and daily housekeeping is a must. It's a tired hotel with a meaningless $25 per day resort fee...for nothing.

The rooms were nice at one point in time but overtime they have obviously degraded somewhat. They were somewhat clean, but I noticed on the coffee pods that one of them had been used and replaced in the container as if it were still new. It is pet friendly however they don’t tell you upfront that they charge you $60 to have your pets there, and we were a little disappointed that there was no breakfast of any kind served at the hotel.

Pros:
Staff was very friendly.
Hotel and room were clean.
Cons:
Barely any water came out of the shower.
Windows would not close completely so some cold air from 28 degree weather got through and room never really got warm even though heat was on.

Property is conveniently located near the downtown area, close to restaurants and shopping. The view from the property was beautiful at sunset. Located on the north side of town made the stay safer than other parts of town.
At check-in was given the incorrect room based off what was booked online. The front office manager stated that all images on this site are incorrect based off their actual rooms. The room error was not corrected nor was the pricing adjusted to match the room that was actually given.
When booking online make sure the room description and photo actually match what is being reserved.

Nice location as you can oversee Santa Fe lights from the deck in the night. Pleasant and eager to help staff. Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed.

Hotel was nice. The beds were absolutely terrible! Not comfortable at all! The temperature in the room was difficult to maintain as well. We would go from sweating to freezing.

My husband and I had a great stay at The Lodge. The room was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed a romantic evening in the Hilltop Lounge/Bar on the 3rd floor.
We were traveling with our two dogs and were surprised by a $125 pet fee. There was also a $25 /per person resort fees. The resort worked with us to reduce the fees since we were only staying one night, but sharing for others to be prepared in case they are not as lucky.

It was good stay; check in was quick and easy the front desk lady was nice
And informative, room was clean, neat and decor was darling, outdated restroom but it was functional , loud toilet but it flushed good, beds weren’t too comfortable a little too firm, tv only had 5 channels, no microwave, no fridge in our room, with the exception of loud dogs at certain hours the stay was good. Would use again.

Had the best experience at The Lodge. Goldyne the manager and Evelyn at the front desk are amazing. They made us feel very welcome, gave us complimentary drinks for the Hilltop Lounge thats on site. Room was amazing! Great views of Santa Fe from our room! Reasonably priced. We absolutely loved it. Would recommend 10/10
