It was a clean and well prepred room. Ever ything was o.k however the fact that they don't have a safety in the room was a disappointment to me.

Great location and close to anything you need, and most things you don't..... good food on-site, and tone of options nearby.

Some of the furniture seemed to be a little old, and the room was clearly missing a chair. Otherwise, the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the hotel was in good condition. I would certainly stay here again.

We have been staying at The Verve for the past few years when in the Natick area. However, while the staff are always lovely, I have to note that the facility - particularly the hotel rooms - are feeling quite tired looking. Plus I haven't been particularly pleased with the cleanliness either. However, generally, it is a safe and reliable choice.

We come to your hotel every year to visit our son and his family. I never have a bad experience. I will continue coming to The Verve until my son moves. This Christmas was no exception. Our stay was very nice.

It needs more cleaning details, specially in the bathroom.

The staff is great, very helpful. My only negative would be that there is no mini fridge in the regular rooms. Would stay here again

Great atmosphere and things to look at.. the hotel was VERY clean and accommodating.. staff was great!

I checked out at 7:50 am and at 8 am I realized that I had forgotten my charger in the room. I asked them to get it and they simply said that there was no charger in the room. It was impossible for another guest to be already staying there. The people who work there in cleaning should be more careful and detailed.

Good breakfast

The hotel is retro and fun, however the pillows were very thick, stiff and uncomfortable. We asked for thinner, softer pillows, but they only had one style. We both had bad nights’ sleeps.

The staff was great. Loved the hotel decor. Rooms were not great. Need improvement

Need hooks for towels. Need grab bar to get out of shower. Toilet too low. Room was not well dusted. Would stay again in spite of these issues.

We loved this hotel! Lots of 60’s memorabilia throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet is not included however the hotel staff (Ellen) comped us 2 breakfast vouchers. Delicious buffet- real eggs! The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We will definitely recommend and return!

I checked in late. The air conditioner didn’t work. The thermostat was useless. I woke up sweating and gasping. When I called the reception, they weren’t able to help as it was midnight. Waste of my money. I was too tired to even argue with them and just opened the window and slept.
