The staff was excellent and the hotel was perfect for our entire wedding party.

Parking not that close. Staff did not inform me that i would be charged a parking fee or that i needed to put a permit in my car. I happened to walk past a small sign outside.

We stayed here for one night when traveling for soccer. The hotel staff is helpful, polite and offered an upgrade. Everything was clean and the hotel was relatively quiet despite a wedding party meeting in the lobby. Convenient to highway and stores.

We stayed two nights on Dec. 24-26. On Christmas Day our room was not cleaned and we did not receive clean towels. After going down to the main desk the clerk said that there was no housekeeping services on Christmas. I paid close to $200 a night for this room. Totally unacceptable. Also, there is a new policy where you have to pay a surcharge for parking. I will not be staying at this property any more. The staff and general manager were horrible.

Lodging a formal complaint here of the new $7 parking charge. There's plenty of space at this location, so this comes off as a blatant money grab. It's not about the $7. The issue is that we show loyalty to you for years, but with ticky-tacky stuff like this, you don't return the favor. It matters. I'm a CX consultant for a living. Been doing this for 20 years with billion-dollar companies. Here's how this maps out: Attribute: New $7 parking fee --> Personal benefit/drawback: Long-time home-away-from-home is taking advantage of me --> Values/Emotions: Lower Trust, Security in relationship with Marriott --> Image/Personality: Quark (Star Trek: DS9) Sample of one. But I'm not the only one. If you want more money, just raise your room rates by $5/night more. People will attribute it to something else (demand, etc.) if they notice it at all. This advice is free. Just like your parking should be. :)
