very good location.

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Great, comfortable bed. Really fast + helpful front desk. Spacious room. 2 nice tables that I could work at. Good hot water and shower pressure. It's not the Four Seasons but really great value, and you can tell the staff care. Thank you Townhouse Motel!

Escolhemos este hotel por haver estacionamento free e por estar bem localizado, o microondas so na recepcao. Achei bem simples, so mesmo para dormir.

The hotel looks like it's not open but if you get closer it is, just not busy. The room is dated but clean. So far so good until i needed to shower. I let the water run, no hot water. I ran it for 10 minutes still no hot water. I went to the front desk waited for anyone. They must of change shifts because now i have a guy to explain my situation. He tells me this happens? I tell him, "then why give out these rooms" ? He was apologetic and gave me a room facing the inside of the property. This place has a lot of rooms but it appears they tend to give out the rooms that faces towards the road. I speculate the rooms facing the road are problem rooms. I say this because my second room was much better and nicer than my 1st room. No problems it had more amenities in it. So thats how we do it here? If you go with this place ask to see the room first, then request a room that faces in on the property.

Das einzig gute an diesem Motel ist die Lage. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr (Bus) ist ca. 50 m entfernt. Dank Muni-app, konnten wir San Francisco so gut erkunden.

Found bedbugs after checking in. Do not stay here. Clerk always seemed like we were somehow inconveniencing him by asking a question or raising an issue.

Sehr gute Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in San Francisco und die kostenlosen Parkplätze sprechen für die Unterkunft. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig.

Forgot my electric toothbrush there, called next day, but it was not found, which is very unlikely :(.

Everything was in a state of disrepair. The blinds were broken. There was a board in the window to prevent people from seeing in the window. There was no screen on the window though there were on other units. Everything was stained or ripped. Sleeping on the ground would have been more comfortable than that mattress. There was not a fitted sheet. It was a flat sheet on a stained mattress on a box spring that had the bottom ripped out. There was mildew in the shower. It smelled a little bit of piss in the bathroom. There wasn't a chain on the door, it made me really uncomfortable. The phone could not have been dirtier or more beat looking. I didn't try the television, AC, or coffee maker, and I think you would be taking your life in your hands eating ice out of that ice machine. I think the prices in San Francisco are ridiculous at this point and it is priced for what it is in that town but it was so uncomfortable. I'm cheap enough that I stayed both nights but disgusted enough that I paid $25 extra dollars to fly out of town 2 hours faster. Location is walkable to stuff which is nice , staff is nice, but the state of disrepair is really unforgivable. I do believe they are washing the linens and sheets but they may be throwing them on the floor at some point because there was a whole bunch of hair on the sheets.

With an update in the rooms this place would be perfect.

Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Von allen Motels die wir in den Staaten besucht haben, ist es mit Abstand das Schlechteste. Unsere Entscheidung für das Town House lag am Parkplatz und der Lage. Der hintere Bereich des Parkplatzes war extrem dreckig und es stank fürchterlich, da war leider auch ein Treppenaufgang zur 1. Etage. Für kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ok, wenn man keinen Parkplatz benötigt, gibt es in San Francisco deutlich bessere Hotels für das Geld.

Es war einfach nur schrecklich dort!Die Wände und der Boden sprechen bände!Total in den 80igern stehen geblieben,dort wurde nie was gemacht!Steckdosen,sowie Lichtschalter ohne Funktion!Einfach nur traurig so viel Geld zu verlangen! Lage perfekt,Golden Gate fussläufig sowie Fishermans Warf! Ansonsten seeeehr laut an der Hauptstraße! Personal redet nur nötigste,noch nicht mal eine Tageszeit kam Keine Empfehlung

Room was so outdated, had a funky smell and just felt generally unclean even after it had just been cleaned, it is in need of a serious refresh. Dusty and old. Bed was hard and sheets were scratchy My shower door was broken and I could barely get it open but the water pressure was good The walls were so thin between rooms I could hear every word they were saying in the room next door. And the room above. Which was at one time a very heated argument. I felt a little bit unsafe for this reason. There were no extra locks on the door to lock from the inside as well which as a solo traveler I always would prefer to give me that extra level of safety in my room such as a chain lock. Location is good, 10 minute walk to fisherman’s wharf and close to lots of shops and restaurants

The facility is in very poor condition- furniture and equipment were worn and partially disfuncional. Very dirty place !!!
