not much around the Hotel. The Gym needs to be cleaned on a daily basis

Front desk staff was very friendly upon arrival. Room was nice and clean.

Uncomfortable bed but overall clean hotel

Very nice

We were very disappointed by our stay at Tru. We switched rooms twice due to the rooms not being cleaned by house keeping. The first room had makeup on the sheets and hair in the bed. The second room was just as bad. There was a pill on the floor in the bathroom, hair on the toilet seat, and the sheets were filthy. Not due to stains, they were not cleaned at all. See attached. The woman at the front desk for the night shift was understanding, she showed us the room prior to moving us. Her manager requested photos but has not reached out regarding the matter. We’ve stayed at Tru while on vacation in Tennessee and it was an absolute wonderful experience. It was disappointing to see that the one in Auburn wasn’t kept to the same standard.

Handicapped room bench not in shower, was on floor in the bathroom. Blinds would not raise-were broken. Only one chair in room. Bloody soiled towels were left in hallway outside room part of housekeeping pulling linens. Bedding was a dingy white. Overall poor experience. Highlight was the staff was very nice and accomadating,but that didn't match the experience at the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the check-in was very quick, and the staff was very polite. My only complaint was the lack of breakfast items. It was a bit limited and almost everything was finished. We had an early breakfast at 7AM, and both the coffee, eggs, and sausages were all finished. Also, the rooms felt very empty, and there was not much furniture to put my bags. Aside from these minor things, which are personal preferences, it was a great stay and a great option for anyone visiting the area as it is very near the city center, university, and many restaurants!

Staff were mostly nice and cordial. Room was very tiny and frige did not cool. I was there for 5 nights and there was nowhere to put my clothes or luggage. Wasn't worth the price. Will not stay there again.

I Love the Staff and the service at True. It is a friendly clean environment every time I book.

The TRU offered a nice, clean environment. I loved that the hotel has a board that communicates all of the answers to FAQs about the area (places to eat, common sayings, attractions, etc). The walls are very thin---I could hear the person next door snoring. As well, the Peloton exercise bike was broken with no timing for repair.
