The room was nice. We had a view of the pool. It was off-season so the pool wasn’t open, but would’ve been great in the summer. There was a hot tub, but we weren’t able to use it as we didn’t bring our suits. Wish we had. The staff was amazing. Very helpful even changed our room to the 1st floor as they don’t have elevators & made it so that we were close to the outside door and didn’t have a long way to walk as I am having knee replacement surgery later this week. They were even kind enough to bring us ice as the ice machine in our building had been unplugged. We would definitely stay there again. In the future, I would ask for extra blankets as they don’t have comforters on their bed and we didn’t realize it until later in the evening.

The staff took could care of us. There is no elevator and the clerk moved us to a ground floor. It is rather obvious, we are seniors.

Great hotel

Too many buildings for one property. It was like staying in a cabin

This was the worst stay at a Hotel I have ever had I dont even know where to begin. should it be the dead person in the parking lot or the hair in the shower that was not mine when I came back for my second night stay or the giant spider above the bed or the power going off in middle of the night or the staff calling out so there was no breakfast not that I would of eaten it because of the rash I got sleeping in a very stained bed. I urge Expedia to not recommend this Hotel.

This place is fine, but it could use some help. For example, it could use help with wall outlets that work. Or the ability to loan a cork screw out - or even have one at the front desk. Or breakfast to be available when they say it will be available. Or cleaning up sullied towels from behind the nighttables before new guests arrive. The hot tub is cool, I guess.

An old propert. Clean rooms and bed. Outside stairs was not great. Building spred apart. Hot tup was even 100 degrees. That was very disappointing. Over all i would not stay here again.

I had a great experience the manager Jyoti was very helpful and has a big smile and a warm greeting. Made me feel welcomed and that I was in good hands . The check in and check out was very efficient. The staff kept the breakfast station clean and everything was decorated so festive for the holiday season. My bed was comfortable and my room was clean and smoke free! Thank you so much for the fabulous hospitality! I look forward to my next visit ! Happy New Year to all the staff that worked together as a team to make my vacation so enjoyable!

I was created by the staff and my Check in went smoothly. It was so festive for the Christmas season I just loved it . Thank you so much to everyone who made my experience wonderful! What a Merry Christmas it was ! Thank you ! I can’t wait to visit again .

Room was not clean, small pieces of trash on the floor, lamp was rusted, room in need of repairs and remodel. Not enough outlets/usb options. USB port was ripped out of the wall and left sitting on the night stand and repairs not made in the wall. Clock was not set since daylights savings - makes you wonder if they’re not paying attention to those small details what else are they not paying attention to.

Only surge protectors for outlets, no other available outlets that worked. Were given a key to a room that was occupied by someone else. Not got at 1:30 am.

Staff was not friendly, ask for Directions to Breakfast location. Hotel staff, replied "just keep walking", I never found the Breakfast area. thanks

Property was quiet despite being next to the freeway. Room was clean and comfortable. Water temperature in the shower was not good so we ended upbwith luke warm showers

Nice okace

3 separate buildings and poor instructions and map to find our location. We left early AM when it was dark. There were no lights on the outside stairway. The room was great and very comfortable! Staff was pleasant!

I like the location

Someone started opening and closing doors starting around 4:30 am and it just never stopped. Not sure if it was staff or guests but it was hours of it non stop and being in The downstairs hallway it was SO LOUD.
