The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It was convenient to Denver airport. I would recommend this hotel for travelers.

Great option for early morning flights out of DEN. We did not use the shuttle but dropped our rental car in the morning. Nice hotel, quiet for us and comfy beds.

We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and shuttle service and parking. The shuttle service to the airport was on time. However, when we returned to DIA and needed the shuttle back to the hotel we waited for over 45 minutes in below zero temperatures. We then called the hotel and were assured the driver was on the way. After waiting 20 more minutes, the driver still not arrive and we ended up getting an Uber back to the hotel. This was not a pleasant end to our trip and was a huge waste of our time.

Our stay was great with two exceptions. The pillows were overstuffed and not comfortable at all. This is a matter of preference though. Maybe having less stuffed pillows also could be a solution. The other thing that bothered me was the night staff told us there was no ice maker on the property which was hard to believe because there was an ice bucket in our room. In the morning, when we asked the front desk they said they did indeed have an ice maker. Pretty irritating.

Made a reservation for the wrong day. Realized my mistake 5 minutes later and tried to cancel. E says the hotel won’t cancel. The hotel says E won’t let them cancel. Someone is lying.

The breakfast was horrible, there wasn’t any breakfast meat. The hotel itself was fine but the breakfast was not. I called from the airport for the shuttle and was told I needed to wait for the next scheduled run in an hour. Not good customer service at all.
