We thought the price was good. The rooms were very small. I needed a ADA room, but all they did was give us a first floor room. There were no bars in the shower, We stayed for three nights but did not get our room cleaned even once. We were constantly short of towels, toilet paper and soap. Our room seemed to be in mid-construction, as it was not completely clean, and we found the shower curtain and rod had fallen into the tub.

There was ice all over the front porch to get in to check in. The tub was dirty plus the thing to switch from tub to shower was broke. Couldn’t have breakfast because it was in the office that did not open until 9 or 10 am.

Didn’t look the room had been cleaned for some time the sheets where dirty slept with my clothes on someone kept trying to get into my room at 4 am could hear them pacing outside my door never going back

Clerk called around 1:30 asking if we were still coming (check-in is 3:00). He was adamant about us going ahead with check-in. We went to check-in early. Lobby was still dirty from breakfast (food in toaster, crumbs all over the counter, food still out). I got us checked in & we continued running our errands. We returned to the hotel to unload & to get ready to meet friends for dinner. We decided to check the room out prior to unloading & I’m glad we did! There were stains on the comforter, dead bugs on the pillows & mattress, flea grit on the sheets, shower so small that I can’t imagine anyone fitting into it, among other things. There was a mattress in the hallway, dirty sheets in the floor beside it, & the room door across from us had the door open (smelled like it had been fumigated). Not to mention the lake view was a view of a construction dumpster. We immediately went to return the room key; only to find the attendant had left early for the day. I wrote “fleas in bed; not staying; please refund” on the key card envelope & dropped it in the slot (heard it hit the floor). I can be pretty forgiving; but, this place was disgusting with very poor guest service.

Brown shower water. Dirty shower curtains. Old used dishes in suite sink. Area nice. Other than that, not much to like. From looks of the room, maybe a new facility.

Great views and close enough to life outside of the woods.

We found a nice place to spend a night on a long trip. Wonderful staff. Room was clean and just right fir an overnight stay. We plan to go again soon.

No one was there to greet us! No toilet paper in the room. The toilet bowl was dirty. A big circle of grim inside. The room is VERY small. Just one night table and the wall on the other side. The TV was not working! Breakfast was only at 9:00 am so we didn’t have it. Not worth my money!

This motel is not as advertised. There is a very sad continental breakfast bar. But there is no access to it untill after 9am. And had practicaly nothing available. (Plain cheerios, small and very hard hard bagles, and a waffle maker in not sure worked. a empty mini fridge, no juice, limited amount of milk) deffinitly not as advertised. It claims fireplace but it is just a small outdoor fire pit. the room was very tiny with only 1 nightstand and no dresser or othe table to speak of. A mini fridge with no shelves sitting on the floor. No microwave or coffee maker as advertised. the blowdryer in the bathroom did not work, the tv remote did not work. And worst if all there is no HOT WATER! Cold to lukewarm showers.They didnt run out, they literally have it set so low its barely room temperature water! I tried several different times of day. Room was cheap under $100 but still NOT worth it! Do yourself a favor and pay the $20 more dollers a night and get one of the many other motel rooms nearby! Hotels.com should remove this motel or make them change there add.

There isn’t much good to say about this property. Tons of road noise. Breakfast was a joke (when it was even open, one day it wasn’t) Sometimes there was adequate coffee supplies. They didn’t have a room for us though our Expedia reservation was made several weeks in advance. The host did find a room for us, the “luxury suite” which was in the very old part of the building and smelled horribly like ethnic food. We finally got used to the smell then had to change rooms the next day since we weren’t paying for luxury, lol!! Sheets felt like paper and we had to ask for toilet paper twice, once for each room (family of 4 and given half a roll in both rooms). The lake view was very pretty, but the beach was nonexistent and the road noise was terrible. Fortunately it was pretty cheap and clean so we survived. We did learn never to let my sister in law choose the hotel again!!

The first unit had no bath towels and the refrigerator had old food. The room needed repairs. The manager was appalled and immediately changed the room. He told us that the building was in the midst of renovations. The new room was clean. The bathroom was newly renovated. The beds were comfortable. There was no desk, chair, closet or place to hang clothes other than a hook on the door. For the price the room was adequate.

There was not enough hot water to take a shower. It wasn't even luke warm. They could be doing a better job all around.

Don’t believe the bathroom was cleaned before our stay. There was also a pair of socks beside the refrigerator. Ok for the summer as there is ac but there was no heat in our room. Was ok for the off season price.

Lots of hair in the bed when we arrive, wet towel in the shower at our arrival.

There was no hot water in my shower. there was no one at the desk to report it to. no one answerd the phone at the number they said to call in 2 days there was never anyone at the front desk

Horrible place, dirty, black mold, space under doors, no staff around to help with issues, breakfast was left out from day before. This place should be shut down!

The bathroom shower would not get warm! The queen bed was up against the wall, and couldn’t be moved! Had to climb over my husband to get in and out of bed! No milk in the breakfast room for the cereal
