Front desk staff were exceptional and went above and beyond with our 1am check-in and various accommodations for us. We really appreciated the personal touches and we were made to feel very special during the entire time we were there! Loved the fresh modern decor and the vibe of the communal spaces

The property is so convenient to the airport and the first stay in November was great. This trip was unlike the first, I came into a room 502 which wasn’t cleaned nor the channels on the tv was wrong , their was hair on the mattress and ants in the bathroom. I checked in around 730 pm cause I had a 4 o’clock flight from New Haven so I missed a day, the next day went to the front desk to address the situation and the gentleman looked like the main manager said it would be taken care of right away nope waited about an hr n housekeeping never came but the gentleman that came up to fix the TV was perfect. He couldn’t fix the TV but he said he would be able to get me a voucher for the dining room which was cool. He should get a lot of credit for doing that they finally came in to clean the sheets . So I was charged a full day on the 16th for a few hours cause I didn’t wanna sleep in that room being like that. I would definitely come back for sure but there’s a few things I still don’t understand with the complementary area you’re charged you’re not charged confusing

Very nice hotel near the airport. We had a short stay after a late flight. Nice fitness center and pool. I would recommend staying here if you want to be near the airport.

We had to reschedule our flight due to a storm back home. Not knowing the area, we picked a Marriott. Transportation to hotel and back was with a friendly staff and new, clean shuttle. Hotel was great with an onsite restaurant/bar with plenty of other amenities. Wonderful, unexpected stay.

It was a very beautiful hotel, had some beautiful views. The hotel staff was amazing especially Carina, i loved her. So quiet and peaceful. I would recommend for anyone. Also asked for a late check out and they were nice enough to give me till 12:30. I love Delta hotels by marriot. Amazing

Nice stay. The hotel has a unique scent that is pleasing when younwalk through the lobby.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby with a coffee shop, huge bar, lots of nice lounging areas with multiple big screen TV’s and a view of the pool which had lots of nice seating areas all around. Beautifully decorated. There was plenty of free parking and large parking lot. Staff were mostly nice. After check-in, my husband took a cold shower because there was no hot water, the knob was broken and couldn’t shut off the water! We called the front desk, the girl was nice and offered to fix it right away. We chose to get a new room. She applied a $30 inconvenience credit. We went to the coffee shop next to the front desk, there was no one there. We stood, waiting awkwardly for someone as there were staff standing around the front desk but ignored us. The girl was busy with a customer, the 2 men in suits purposely avoided eye contact so they wouldn’t have to help us. Finally, one guy tried helping us but clearly had NO idea how to make coffee. I don’t think he even had a clue what a coffee machine was! We thanked him for trying and found a coffee shop nearby. Not the first time one of the men at the front desk avoided eye helping customers. The lobby was full of construction workers drilling and hammering the entire time so we couldn’t enjoy the lobby it was so obnoxiously loud! The night shift manager was very nice. He let us sit by the pool after it closed and had a couple beers.

Super disappointed. They cancelled my reservation a few hours upon my arrival
