The food services sucked but the stay was good. The beds were comfy. The room was a big room n the bathroom was nice.

Was pleasantly surprised with the rooms. The only thing I could complain about would be that the lighting is a bit dark.

Very clean and perfect for overnight stay

Nice hotel, rooms clean, front staff very helpful. Restaurant is close The layout is confusing.. I would suggest a “map” that can be circled and given to the person so they can find their room, doors, restaurant. A box at the desk to drop your key if the front staff isn’t available

The hotel is old but has been updated and was clean and comfortable. We had a handicap room and it was equipped with everything my husband needed. We had an entrance near our room & that worked great. Was quiet also. We will return because it is priced right and worked great for us.

The property is older but everything is really clean. Alot of updates have been done. We stayed 1 night for a concert. It was perfect for our needs. There is a mexican restaurant next door that was o.k..a gas station next door (older looking) and down the street is a Scooters coffee shop. If we are ever in that area again, I would stay there. Its close to the highway and budget friendly.

I stay here every time I come to the Iowa City area. It is a nice motel to stay for comfort, convenience and access to area restaurants.

Old-school hospitality, warmth, and friendliness upon checking in. LOVED the quiet comfort & cleanliness of the room. Insider tip: the chilaquiles at the restaurant next door were beyond sublime. Will stay no where else if ever I'm out that way again!

Nothing particularly unique, nice affordable hotel, very pleasant staff

Just an ok place to stay. Bring your own pillows, the ones they have are half pillows and are very hard and uncomfortable. Also my coffee maker didn't work.

Proximity to highway and CLEAN!

The location was ideal in that it is close to both the interstate and downtown Iowa City.
