Decent value for the money. No pool or spa and buy the breakfast online 20pp otherwise

I complain about noise a couple of Time but did not improve… large noise untill 1.30am …. I like holidays inn normally but its ridiculous that we let this happening after 11pm

Check-in is a huge disappointment, the company emailed requests for processing the authorization for the booking was to be paid by the company. Lo and behold the hotel did not call as requested in their eamil. this meant check-in was delayed 3 hours because the hotel management does not respond to emails.

Could not get cold water, yes cold water out of either tap, cell phone did not charge off of lamp outlet and when we asked to not use the breakfast voychers we paid fir they refused to refund pur money( we arrived in Calgary on ourcreturn trip sick.snd did mot want to share with otger pateins.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also like the fact that there was a restaurant in the hotel and their staff was excellent and the food was very good

I think that the breakfast should br free with the room.and i think that i should had a discount because of the gym and the pool was close

The hotel and staff were great! We didnt know that the pool, hot tub and gym were closed for renovations. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had of known. We also were not allowed to add breakfast to our room after we booked. Other than that, very friendly, clean and easy to get there by shuttle

Decent staff

Clean, quiet but the elevator was broken on the day I was checking out, which with my heavy luggage was a feature I would like to have available

Disappointed the pool and excercise room were out of commission. May have stayed elsewhere if we knew that. Additionally, no USB ports in the rooms and a remote control that didn't seem to work very well. All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteious. Older building...room update nicely and price was good

No complaints.The food was good in their restaurant and the staff was excellent

Cleanliness is my main concern and this hotel exceeds it. Also very quiet but a/c and/or furnace not so much. Overall satisfied.
