Awesome stay. Handicap room requested and response was exceptional. I asked for a wake-up call and I didn’t answer on time. They actually sent someone down to knock on door to see if I was okay. This happened two days. Exceptional kindness!! The only thing was there was no hair dryer in room. (and I didn’t call for one but I’m sure they would have brought one down)

Very nice staff and hotel is in great location for Plano!

I had a comfortable stay, the room was clean and comfortable - however my tv did not work and the staff didn't know how to fix it. I was told this was an issue in some of the rooms. I had my tablet and used the hotel's wifi service to stream content as a backup. Overall, friendly staff and a decent stay for an overnight.

Location is excellent, the king size room is not that big and the bathroom has little space to place your necessities.

写真のバルコニー付きの部屋が素敵だったので予約したが、中庭に面した部屋ではなく、ハイウェイに面したうるさい部屋だった。バルコニーに出る気も失せ、一度も使わず。これなら、バルコニーなしの部屋の方が安価で十分だった。部屋のコーヒーメーカーが不衛生だった。レストランは１つで、朝食と夕食以外の時間はコーヒーも飲めない。立地はレガシーウエストに近く車ですぐ。徒歩だと20 分ほど。

Great stay for our family trip.

Really clean. Easily in and out and what I needed

The phone in 203 did not work. There was a clicking sound and I could not get a dial tone. It was worthless. I also did not have a cellphone. Very inconvenient.

Pretty central located--friendly staff. Manager not accommodating--everyone else great. Not many hotels that do not offer free coffee--
