전체 평가 및 리뷰 NYX Hotel London Holborn by Leonardo Hotels

체크인시 리셉션에서 안내도 충분하지 않고 질문을 하면 퉁명스럽게 답을해서 시작부터 기분을 망치게 하네요. 가격이 싼곳이 아닌데 전체적으로 직원들 좀 일에 지쳐 무표정한 사람들같았음. 이가격이면 다른곳 더 알아볼껄하는 후회가 되네요

홀번 도로가에 위치하고 있어서 접근성이 굉장히 좋았어요. 그 덕분에 가격은 엄청 비쌌지만요. 직원도 친절했고 서비스도 좋았습니다.

We stayed for 8 nights at this lovely hotel. Initially, we were so pleased with it and had it as a 10/10 in my book. However, the day before our departure I had the most unpleasant experience with one of your staff members named Irina at breakfast time. She was insisting on charging me full price adult for my teens even though they are considered children as guests of the hotel. When we booked the room they were categorized as children because of their ages (under 17). All of the other days we ate there and were treated with respect by other staff members and were charged properly. She kept arguing with me to prove her point and was rude than respectful about it. Another guest approached me after and said Irina was completely unprofessional. The guest said that it was clear Irina was just out to embarrass me in front of other guests and the guest apologized to me and said this is not how British people are (as in she hopes I don’t get the wrong impression by this poor example). Later we saw how Irina would interact with other guests and my kids and I came to the conclusion that it was because she thought for some reason that she was superior to us. Whether unconscious or conscious bias I hope you give her feedback. I am a frequent traveler and I was really disappointed at the treatment I received in front of my family. Even the other guest told me that she herself frequently travelled for work and stayed at NYX properties and this was totally unprofessional behavior.

The modern artistic design might not appeal to everyone but the room had high ceilings , comfortable bed and a stylish bathroom . Two blocks from The Holborn station and four from the British museum and coffee shops , souvenir stores and restaurants very close by .

Loved the gym, size of the pool, sauna and steamroom. Also the kingsize beds.

Our room was okay, but it looked like it needed some cleaning, and some areas required maintenance. The shower head did not work properly. We were on Level 2, and we could hear the underground trains, which was not ideal. However, the breakfast was very good.

We had an amazing stay over the Christmas holiday. Upon arrival our room was ready a bit early and hotel staff even gave us a thank you and Christmas gift - very welcoming! Large room for a hotel in central London with a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located to get to many attractions throughout the city. During our stay the door lock failed and ran out of battery, temporarily locking us out of our room. The staff promptly dealt with the issue, and even comped us a few drinks while we waited. Things happen and the staff did a fantastic job getting back us into the room quickly! I’d certainly stay here again!

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was very spacious. The hotel is in a very convenient location with lots of shops and restaurants and an easy walk to Covent Garden.

Schneller check in, tolle Zimmerausstattung, Super Matratzen, sehr schönes Schwimmbad.

Great staff, but rooms were tiny and the room never had a desk/chair for doing make up etc.

Fantastic staff, modern hotel, clean and fresh

I found the decor of the hotel to be dark and sinister. It was too 'hip' for my taste. The corridors were very dark with strange imagery. In my room a pair of eyes stared out of a black wall. Room clean and serviced well, but some bulbs not working. Breakfast was corporate standard. Staff at desk helpful.

We had double queen room on 9th floor . Room was so big, my family (4) had a lot of space. Bed was so comfortable and so quiet. Breakfast was good. We love the egg/ omelette stations. I definitely stay here again if I visited the city.

I stay regularly but disappointed this time as room was not cleaned on the 1st night and the sink kept getting blocked (room 801)
