Very nice

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was convenient and the price attractive, the condition of the property left a lot to be desired. The hotel is in desperate need of a refresh, as it feels quite dilapidated. The flooring was in bad shape, the furniture in the room showed significant wear, and trim boards were coming off the walls. The plumbing worked but poorly—some fixtures leaked, and the bathroom was dingy overall. Given the condition of the property, I would have gladly spent an additional $30 per night for a more updated and comfortable option nearby. Until major updates are made, I can't recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant or well-maintained stay.

Small refrigerator wasn’t working. Had cold drinks to put into the fridge. That was a bust! Went the old Ice and bucket route.

There was hair on the pillows in the bed when we got there. Just didn't seem super clean. But the room was nice and comfortable for a one-night stay.

Showerhead shot water on to the ceiling light, bathroom flooring needed replaced. Air conditioner would kick on and off every 30 minutes. Water shock heard evertime another room would turn on or off water.

The property had quick access to I-70 and all stores and restaurants in Silverthorne.

When we arrived the sheets were filthy and stained with what looked like blood. The heat didn’t work very well in the room (set to 73 when we arrived and never got over 66), the paper coffee cups were dirty, and the ice machine didn’t work. The waffle maker didn’t work at breakfast and the muffins were too stale to eat.

The staff were extremely helpful. Your ads indicated a 16 mile drive to Vail. It was double that at about 30 miles.

Sheets were VERY dirty. Bathroom smelled like pee.

The toilet was plugged. Only one could take a shower because the bathtub was plugged up and wouldn’t drain. The floors and bathroom were gross! Never will stay there again! AM breakfast was a joke. Cold pancakes and biscuits! How do these places get away with this???

The sheets were dirty with dog hair, human hair and other substances. Large yellow stain on comforter. No smoke alarms in the rooms.

Very tired and worn out hotel, needs a major overhaul. Staff was excellent and super nice but the hotel just needs to be renovated or moved on from. Sad because great location and served our purpose of being 15 min from the mountain but damn.

It was our only option so we had to book here… location is convenient front desk staff are nice but the hotel rooms are DISGUSTING!!!! NASTY!! DIRTY!! The day we booked it and went to shower there was hair all over the bathroom!! Breakfast is alright nothing too extreme, they onl clean your room if you ask them to! Overall I wouldn’t stay here! It wasn’t cheap either! I payed $335 a night! I think $100 is more than enough considering how dirty and badly maintained it is.
