공항셔틀이 30분마다 있는데 너무 편리했습니다

The staff were friendly and there was free coffee in the lobby. It is convenient because there are restaurant, convenience store and pub. Sometimes there's an airplane sound, but there's nothing we can do for the benefit of being near the airport. Overall, I'm satisfied to stay overnight. The shuttle also runs very well.

Love coming here for stop over before my vacation. Great value, clean rooms, friendly staff

I liked the shuttle. Loved the breakfast bar. Its fast and convenient for airport travel.

Served the purpose at a reasonable price. Close to airport and included airport shuttle. Staff was not super-friendly and room was a bit noisy - we could hear other travellers in the hallway coming and going at all hours of the night, and our room wasn't very soundproof. At the end of the day we got what we paid for.

The rooms were clean but overall the building is old and the floors are uneven.

Staff was amazing

They were testing the fire alarms during my stay. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I knew before getting there that they were going to be doing that. The alarms went off around midnight Jan 14 and stayed on for close to an hour and definitely affected my performance at an important interview the next morning

This is a great hotel to overnight at if you have a flight out of Toronto's Pearson International Airport. They have a free airport shuttle and a very good restaurant in the hotel called Pizzaway. Our family really enjoyed restaurant and this was our fourth time staying at this hotel.

Great stay on a layover .. Friendly service

They must have put us in the noisiest room in the hotel could not sleep all night and then at 11:42 p.m. the fire alarm went off and there was no fire but the fire trucks did show up the station is right next door and then everyone was slamming doors for their nice

Our room was very clean and bed was comfy. I missed the information that stated there wasn’t an elevator and had to take 3-50 pound bags up the stairs. We did enjoy the pub adjoining the hotel and the price of our stay was good. The lack of elevator was an issue though for us.

There is no elevator. Room was on 2 nd floor. Had to carry suitcases up and down. Didn’t see this in hotel listing.

Took too long for check in. Staff were rude beds are horrible

When I checked in, I was given a room which was already occupied the woman at the front desk. Didn't want to hear that. She thought my card didn't work, didn't listen. The whole hotel smelt like cleanser? Very strong smell. Shuttle driver was on time and very friendly. Would not recommend.

I felt that the rooms were extremely clean, which was comfy for me. It’s not fancy but clean is more important to me.
