Ottima soluzione per un breve soggiorno a Siena. Ottima la colazione, un po’ meno il bagno in camera, completo di tutto ma purtroppo datato nell’aspetto

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Parcheggio strategico e bottiglia di vino omaggio ! Ristorante all'interno è comodo se dopo una giornata in visita alla città non si ha più voglia di uscire. Unica nota da migliorare è il bagno. Alcuni dettagli (tipo appendi asciugamani e vasca troppo alta) andrebbero migliorati

Atendimento excelente! Localização privilegiada, fácil acesso ao centro por ônibus e tem estacionamento!

Scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza alla Clinica in cui era ricoverata mia madre. Soggiorno silenzioso e buon parcheggio. Dimensione della stanza buona, pulita, materasso decente, purtroppo in camera non c’erano delle spine sulla scrivania ma solo una su un solo comodino e in bagno. Per lavorare un po’ scomodo. Niente bollitore. Colazione molto ricca tranne che nelle bevande. Niente acqua semplice, dispenser con acqua al limone( che può non piacere), solo macchina per i succhi e macchina per le bevande calde. Un solo tipo di latte (senza dicitura) nessuna scelta di bevanda vegetale. Spremuta fresca a pagamento. Praticamente per le intolleranze nessuna accortezza. Staff molto gentile

Excelente acomodação, limpeza, quartos modernos, estacionamento e um bom café da manhã.

Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay.

Buena opción para llegar a Siena. Un hotel bonito seguro y de facil movilidad en bus publico. El parking esta incluido. Recomendable totalmente

Vom ersten Moment an war alles super. Herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang, sauberes schönes Zimmer, Bademäntel, alles an Kosmetika war im Badezimmer, das Frühstück war schon sehr kuchenhaltig aber dennoch gab es Brot, Rührei, Bacon, Würstchen, Käse, Schinken, Croissants, Müsli, Cornflakes etc. Die Auswahl war mehr als ausreichend. Am ersten Abend haben wir dort auch zu Abend gegessen und auch dies war super lecker, toller Service und vom Preis her war es auch „normale Hotel/Restaurant Preise“. Wir würden definitiv wieder dort hin fahren.

It is not in the city center and clearly serves mainly people using the hospital structure around the corner. It was the only option we could find during the Palio days in Siena, but it ended up being a good find: breakfast offers a great selection, the room was adequately spacious for 3 people, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. A bus travels back and forth from Piazza del Sale in the very city center very frequently. The only negative thing: the linen on the additional bed wasn't exactly clean, but that can happen.

Plenty parking space and easy to park; convenient check in time; friendly staff; room and bedding are very clean; pretty good breakfast for free.

The climate in the hotel was so hot and there was no air conditioning. We asked for 2 twin beeds and they gave us a room with one king bed. Employees said there was not advise about this requirement from hotels.com. There was a group of school's children so noisy during the breakfast and at night. All the rest was ok.

Eramos tres adultos en la habitación. La tercera cama era para un niño, no para un adulto. No se podía regular la temperatura en la habitación. La calefacción estaba muy alta y tuvimos que abrir la ventana. Desyuno poca calidad y variedad. Poco personal para atender en el comedor.

Albergo situato a pochi passi dall’ospedale di Siena e perciò molto comodo per chi ha l’esigenza di essere lì. Ristorante invece sicuramente da migliorare. In generale comunque tutto ok.

Pulizia ok personale gentile e disponile ottima colazione

Unfortunately, my only recourse for a bad experience "out the gate" is to leave a bad review here. I made a reservation several days in advance - clicked book, and immediately realized that I had accidentally entered an extra day than I meant to. I wrote to ex pedia to try to correct the situation within 5 minutes of making the mistake, and they reached out to the property on my behalf. They could not refund or all me to cancel. I tried calling the property myself, thinking that if I spoke to another human, they might understand the mistake better. The woman I spoke with was very kind and sympathetic, but told me there was nothing to do, and that I had to p ay for the extra night. Definitely disappointing, for all parties, I'm sure.

Buona la posizione ..scelto per la disponibilità del parcheggio privato gratutito ..servizi alla reception e al ristorante ottimi e molto buona la colazione. Torneremo !!
