Booked 2 nonsmoking rooms. One was not, said I'm all booked can't change the room. Maybe, but rarely is a hotel completely out of rooms. Not happy and I'm sure that I am stuck paying for the 2nd room even if we stuffed everyone into one. I guess as long as the customer is the one out, they are good with this. 😡

Rooms were big enough for us, room service is every 3 days but if u needed towels or anything you would be able to get same. Over all a plant stay.

Not really sure how this place is receiving excellent ratings. I didnt notice it being dirty but the room was more like run down. The bathroom had ceiling tiles and pieces of that were broken and able to see into the ceiling. The wallpaper is bubbling all over the bathroom basically just asking for it to be peeled off the wall. Their were tissues stuffed in the peep holes. The bedroom door didnt shut, the bed blocks it. Every outlet nothing could be plugged in, everything would literally just fall out as soon as you tried plugging. The side table was very sticky, the laminate was coming off and protective coating so it was just causing the whole entire thing to be sticky. The area outside is that of a truckers motel area, when we arrived in the evening the area lounge outside even had a flashing strobe light to keel homeless away.

Nice property, clean room. Breakfast had some good choices. Not only coffee and hot tea in the lobby, but also fresh dispensers of ice water with lemon and ice tea. Nice touch! Parking lot well lit and safe area. Friendly staff. For a property close to the airport, it was a good rate! Would definitely stay there again.

Pictures online didn’t match reality. Breakfast are was dirty. Lots of damaged and run down/dated furniture, decor, etc. Someone was smoking marijuana on our floor, and it was difficult to sleep and be in the room with the stench. Cleaning crew the next day had to leave the room next to us, their door open to air out.

Christie and the gentleman when I check in was so accommodating with my room change. She was very sweet. Ms. D and young-lady( African American)was amazing allowing us a simple gesture with no questions asked. I would stay here again. Very close to the airport. 15-20 uber ride to Boardway area. Easy to locate. A family dollar next door. Breakfast was good best sausage I’ve had had a hotel in a long time.

Suite was very nice, breakfast was good, staff was polite and helpful. Price was very reasonable compared to others.

Absolutely terrible. My fiancé and I were traveling from 13 hrs away and needed a place to stay just for the night. He is active military and under 21. Man at he desk was rude and could not make an exception just once for us to put our heads to rest. Nasty attitude towards him and I. Absolutely ridiculous!

They had renovations going on so the place was kind of a mess. Unfortunately the work was being done near our room so a lot of banging, talking, music playng well into the night.

Very clean, efficient service. Surrounding area the hotel is in was a little worrying but not the hotel itself. Parking felt safe too

The floors were filthy throughout the hotel, our bathroom floor was broken tiles , no grout the shower walls were moldy the guy at check in was congested and coughing everything was watered down from coffee to gravy it was to late for us to find somewhere else to go thank goodness it was only two nights

The room smelled musty and on arrival I questioned whether all the rooms smelled the same. I was told no however the entire floor smelled th same way. I was also told they didn’t have any other available rooms because they were booked. So we stayed in the musty room. By the way, I did ask the housekeeper about cleaning the room and she informed that the rug was clean. However she did spray the room when she cleaned it, however, it remained musty. The area around could be beautiful however it needs TLC. Some of staff were very nice while others were not friendly at all. Safety was not an issue. Nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The indoor and outdoor furniture, fitness center and pool could use some TLC as well.

Room was disgustingly smelly , fusty and could not stay in it. Moved to second room where they was sewage smell. tiered room has broken bathroom door handle, toilet does not flush correctly and backs up. manager not even apolosgised or seemed bothered by our experience.
