I had problems checking in as there was a shut down with Scotiabank that night. There was nothing to do, and there was no flexibility from the hotel manager. I ended up having to ask a friend to put her credit card on my room so I could access it. I was at this hotel 2 weekends in a row. both weekends, out of 3 elevators, only two worked. This weekend, a second one broke down. When you have a full hotel, it is unacceptable. My room was clean. The tech staff is very nice.
