They charge us additional euro 140 because we were staying with our 10 years old son, the staff (his name is joseph) did not helpful at all, I asked him if we can get tripple room instead of 4 or paying for extrabed, he said not available. We have no choice as we had big luggages and travel with kid so I paid the euro 140. Joseph asked us to come back at 3pm as the room was not ready yet. We came back around 3.30 pm and still the room is not ready. The other male staff was very rude, when we asked why the room is still not ready when you charged us euro 140 more, he was shouting to us that it was his friend's who promised for the room, and he said "if you want to raise your complain, you can talk to our manager tomorrow", I don't remember his name but he has beard. The day after I asked for the trash bin inside the room because there were only 1 small bin inside the bathroom, he said ok will send to my room and never happen until we check out. The room was cleaned up but there was dirty pink towel left on top of our luggage. The service is horrible, not recommended! However, the guys who were in charge at restaurant are nice. We don't take photo of the staffs as well as the hotel so I just posted one of photos in amsterdam we demand to get the refund of the extra money we were forced to pay euro 140 to my credit card. App never informed us that there will be additional euro 140 to stay with 10 years old children.
