My first time in Boston and I loved loved this hotel! It was beautiful! The view from my room was beautiful, very very clean and guest services were so nice and when we requested extra items for the room, they responded quickly and in a timely manner. We definitely come back!

Nice location, good food and friendly staff

Friendly, well informed and helpful staff. Requests honored and efficiently responded to. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view. Amenities were wonderful.

Good location close to business district and the Seaport. Excellent for business travellers with large rooms and work area. Nice bar and recently renovated.

Great place to stay!

The room we had had a strange lay out A lot of wasted space. It was clean and comfortable but the bathroom had a sliding window that opened. A little Strange. Also the head of the bed abutted the bathroom so you could hear people in the bathroom. Not a fan of that

Walking distance to Chinatown and Quincy Market. Parking is expensive with limited street parking options around.

The Holiday Inn on Van Ness is an iconic hotel in San Francisco. Its clean rooms, vibrant ambiance and exquisite restaurants are just a few amenities that are worth exploring.
