Loved the hotel, it was confortable and clean. And I loved the food in the buffet. We had an early check out and they even packed breakfast for us to take away! Great service!

Well located, very good lunch, friendly and helpful service, very clean.

In an attempt to be kind - I would say the staff is overworked - however, they were frequently not friendly - and frequently no one was at the front desk. The breakfast was marginal at best - cold eggs, cold potatoes, old olives, the list goes on. But, the staff's lack of interest to resolve the problem was worse. Another significant problem is the staff uses the customers elevator frequently throughout the day - holding at the basement or the top floor for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Multiple times we were required to use the steps even though my wife suffers from Parkinson's. NOT a place I would recommend to anyone.

NO LAUNDRY Facilities. Booked here as the filter 'laundry' found this hotel. Description says laundry and its 'good for families ' because of the laundry facilities. There is none. They ship it to a laundry service, and you will have to be staying at the hotel for 3 or more days. We very much needed to do laundry

Excellent value. Staff was helpful, facilities nice. Close to the port, airport and 10 minutes to old part of town.

For the first time we have the bad news that the hotel don't have our reservation true Hotels.com However, was possible to get a room for the days we originally reserved. At the end we have a good stay in that hotel for the good position near centre, excellent breakfast and the room, not so big, but with very good shower.

Very clean and well maintained. Only a short walk to the main area and great location to access the ferries.

Ótima localização, perto do Porto e do centro da cidade. Achei um bom custo-benefício. Café da manhã muito bom.
