In an attempt to be kind - I would say the staff is overworked - however, they were frequently not friendly - and frequently no one was at the front desk.
The breakfast was marginal at best - cold eggs, cold potatoes, old olives, the list goes on. But, the staff's lack of interest to resolve the problem was worse.
Another significant problem is the staff uses the customers elevator frequently throughout the day - holding at the basement or the top floor for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Multiple times we were required to use the steps even though my wife suffers from Parkinson's.
NOT a place I would recommend to anyone.
