The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests. Our apartment was great and in a great location. Will definitely book again.

Awesome stay! We were on level 27 which was a massive apartment, had our little children and with the apartment size and everything it had in it was perfect for us! Great indoor and outdoor pool to use and the staff were awesome with letting us check in early and checking out late as we had some flight changes Only thing I could recommend is new cutlery as the cutlery that is in the apartments now are pretty average Love our stay though and will be back!

My family and I (2 teenage sons) really loved the apartment and location of our recent stay. Located across the road from the tram station and also the beach on the other side, it was a perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and tidy (as per the photos), it was an easy after hours check in with the key waiting for us in an accessible lock box, and good location to find some nice restaurants only a short tram ride away. We all enjoyed our stay! Internet didn't seem to work for us, and the main TV in the living room, so more instructions on how to fix this issue or who to call after hours would be terrific. We will be back! :-)

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with unobstructed views for 7 day and enjoyed every minute of our stay .As described in the description the views were amazing!! The apartment has been very nicely renovated in the living area and kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and functional, but very dated and could do with an up date . The amenities were great and the kids loved the two pools and the beach right across the road .

Great ocean views and friendly staff. Very convenient as it is close to the tram station. The only disappointment was that the blinds in the room were broken. The perfect apartment to enjoy Surfers Paradise.

L'appartement est beau avec une très belle vue mer. Mais c'est dommage car il y a un immeuble en construction juste à côté. Beaucoup de bruit et de poussière.

Beautiful views and perfect apartment

First impressions were low the apartment was very tired and the day we checked in the construction next door happened to be using a jackhammer. However the view could not be beaten seeing both the canal and the beach, and observing the construction progress was actually very interesting and only loud the first day. The apartment was clean, in a good location and the pool was lovely as were the staff. We would be happy to stay again.

Tempat nyaman, bersih, lokasi depan stasiun trem, dekat dengan supermarket. Pemandangan bagus. Tetapi ketika check out, kami sudah memberikan kunci ke lobby, di jam check out, jam 9.30, tetapi mereka masih menanyakan kunci. Tidak ada komunikasi antara petugas penerima tanu di lobby dgn owner.

We had room 16d and the room itself was great with a wonderful view, staff were polite and helpful, however the site did not disclose the construction work going ahead next door, the jack hammer started at 7.30 and did not stop until 4pm which totally ruined our holiday I did report this to reception but no contact was made for us to change rooms etc very disappointing experience.

Spacious apartments away from the crowds. Tram right outside .Two stops from Cavill or a 10/12 minute stroll. Great facilities, pools immaculate.

We absolutely loved staying here with our children. Construction next door isn’t loud at all; rather quiet actually. The kids loved watching the cranes anyway :) Great place, lovely reception. Lovely Atmosphere too Really happy

Apart from the confusion in the after hours checks in situation( which I still struggle with) it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was old but super clean the view was amazing. The building being built next door wasn’t as noisy as I thought it might be.

Just need a soap holder inside shower
