Ótima acomodação.

For some reason, they thought we had three people staying instead of four, so ameniteies and breakfast was only for four. The person who delivered breakfast was quick to correct that. Although I pointed this out when we checked in regarding the number of pillows, I was told there was an extra in the closet, but we didn’t want to use one without a pillowcase. The biggest challenge we had is that there is a glass wall between the shower and the sleeping area. I will forever go down in my family for booking a "love" hotel. Definitely not conducive for a family... no privacy in the shower.

Very noisy

Kind staff and clean rooms!

Cet hôtel est fraîchement rénové et très propre à l'exception de la douche. L'hôtel est situé à 10 minutes de marche de l'aéroport ce qui est génial pour les vols très tôt le matin. Le restaurant n'était pas ouvert, alors nous avons du prendre un taxi pour s'y rendre. Il n'y a rien près de l'hôtel....

Overall I was happy with the hotel and staff. Hotel had the toothbrush/toothpaste kits in the room which came in very handy after my luggage was misplaced by airlines. The staff also recommended a store about 500m away that had other items I needed. I was comfortable walking in the area at night. My only issue was it was very noisy (both from outside, and with the other hotel guests).

Hotel is in the ghetto , people smoking outside, shower was horrible and barely worked. Traffic and thin walls kept us up

The hotel advertises a restaurant but it was closed. They did not respond to my email requesting an airport transfer and it was not available at the hotel but they did call a cab. It was a very expensive ride around the block. No breakfast whatsoever but it was advertised. It was noisy in the room, from other people in the hotel and the noise outside. Overall it was convenient but did not have the amenities advertised. Disappointed.

Rooms were terrible, bed and pillows were horrible. It was like a youth hostel. Only good thing was close to airport.

Clean, local to airport.restarurant closed (sunday), hardly any staff, though those there were friendly enough.

Room had no windows. Ac poor, shower dangerous. Ok for a night stay before the airport with an early flight

We arrived in evening and when we asked were advised that the Restaurant which had been renovated was open for another hour. We went to our room no toilet paper. Called to front desk but constantly busy and message only in Italian. We went down to the restaurant and the food was terrible including the desserts - cost us 50€! Had to remind the guy at reception about the toilet paper - he then gave it to us to carry to our room. For Naples it was close to the airport and cheap and clean. When we tried to book it without hotels.com it was going to cost us 100€ more!!

Close to the airport, but very average.

The hotel is surrounded by buildings with barbed wire walls and constant police presence and flashing blue lights I didn’t feel safe at this location and when asked about local restaurants, I was advised to eat at the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel had a very limited menu and poor service. The room smelled like there was a dead animal decomposing. There was no toilet paper holder, the toilet flush button was broken, mold in the bathtub, no shower curtain. The TV did not work, they did try and fix it twice but were unsuccessful. Couldn’t get out of this place fast enough.

There were no pictures on the walls, just bare.
