헤라클리온 항구 바로 앞에 있어서 야간페리 타고 들어올 때 이동하기 편리했고 아침 부페가 너무 맛있었다. 오래된 히스토릭 건물이라 운치있고 방에서 바라본 헤라클리온 항구와 베네치안 성채가 너무 아름다왔다. 모든 관광지가 주변에 있어서 걸어다니기 편리한 곳.

Hair conditioner is missing from the toiletries set - a five star establishment should have it as a standard.

Beautiful old hotel with excellent staff and location.

Very clean and comfortable room. The livingroom with several seating areas and large screen tv was a big hit for us. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many Cretan savory and sweet food that we might not have had if it weren’t for this breakfast buffet. Every staff member that we met was friendly and helpful. It was a great hotel to stay in Heraklion.

This is a luxury 5 star hotel. Fantastic. Highly recommended.
