Having stayed a few times this trip wasn’t the most enjoyable experience. Upon checkin their were no trolleys for luggage, and staff were not moving to get any of the trolleys that were scattered around the hotel - I had to go and get one myself from a different floor - not ideal. Additionally over 50% of the equipment in the gym isn’t working - again not ideal and it feels like the hotel needs a fair bit of investment this summer.

Wonderful hotel

Staff was great! Not a lot to do when you aren’t skiing or the wind is 30mph and temp below zero. Very soft bed, soft chairs.

Decent hotel and great location but… they accept pets and we have the unfortunate experience of a dog a floor above us. Breakfast is overpriced.

Close to the slopes and everything was very comforting.

I really enjoyed the resort. The fire places in the lobby are really nice, the arcade too. The indoor pool was not available during our stay and we could hear every foot step of the people above us but a good stay and I would stay again.

Honestly was terrible and I wanted to leave. The service at the front desk sucked they acted like they didn’t want to make an effort to help with anything. The pool wasn’t open that was the only reason I brought my kids and got told same day they shut it down. The only other option was the arcade and 3 games out of 6 were broken. Even the waitress had absolutely no personality at the restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were great but people were not

The lodge was amazing overall. The food in the restaurant was great and fairly priced. The staff was very helpful. I didn’t get to try the spa unfortunately, but other than that the week was a blast.

Nice and comfy and the shuttle bus is amazing - however they have to get rid of the plastic cutlery and polystyrene / paper plates or bowls. It’s 2025 and using these vs. cleaning reusable items is shocking.

It was super convenient and everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. The lodge needs some up keep and renovating, but for the price and service you can’t beat it! Also, shout out to the shuttle drivers who were absolutely amazing!!!!! Great drivers and ALWAYS so nice!!

kids loved it here

We like this property’s location and facilities however the customer service isn’t great and they don’t provide real coffee mugs with a paid breakfast, only paper and plastic. Also, every food option for breakfast was highly processed and low quality. Definitely not worth $16/person!

The lodge was nice. We arrived early, but our room wasn't ready, so we ventured out. We came back at 4:00, which was check-in time and were able to go to our room. The room was okay. The cleanliness was questionable. I did have to pick up hair off the floor in the bathroom. They need to vacuum after they clean to make sure they got all of the debris. The place where the carpet meets the tile was raveling and I could feel the carpet tacks underneath. There was hair between the box spring and mattress that I could see beneath the headboard. Those are the type of things you notice when you spend 6 days in a room in a town with very little infrastructure. We skied and then spent a lot of time in the room. The hotel staff was friendly enough. The restaurant was just okay. Overall our stay was good and I would probably recommend the property, but some small changes would go a long way to make it above average.

The lodge was nice but dining option was very limited here in Brian Head.

All that’s ok with this property, only need to say that the staff no is very friendly..

The property was beautiful and cozy very serene. Always had hot tea and coffee ready. Spacious room with microwave and refrigerator. Easy drive to the slopes. Nice restaurant and bar. Pool and spa were dirty. Staff was friendly.

No pool table in the lodge, noisy heater at night, not very friendly front desk.

Had a good time with my family.
