Walls pretty thin could hear people above us stomping around. Bed was too stiff

We enjoyed this hotel..Staff was friendly and the room was clean..

Good location

The hotel was a great place to stay. There is shopping not far at all. The only issue we had was our neighboring room. Kids were screaming and playing at 4 am. Made for a poor night of sleep.

The property was well situated to many shopping options.

Loved the coffee and hot chocolate bar. Staff was friendly and hotel felt as if was new due to how clean it is. Waiting to see how breakfast is.

As expected.

Good value for money - in a quiet area and comfortable accomodation. Varied breakfast options, too.

This property was as advertised and a terrific bargain. The staff and accommodations were well above the asking price. Convenient as well with lot's of food and shopping options nearby.

Staff was very accommodating

We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. The breakfast was great and there were cookies every evening Our room was clean and comfortable and the gym and pool were in good condition The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again

Only one thing that needs attention, AC unit is really loud. Overall, excellent.

Stay was perfect, but I need help knowing if I will get a rebate for checking out early so instead of six nights, it was five nights stay

What I liked about the holiday inn express is that there room was clean a lot of space me and my family had a good time the pool was clean and everything the breakfast in the holiday in express was good I give this hotel 5 stars

The hotel room was huge! Very clean and big, lots of square footage. One of the biggest hotel rooms I’ve ever had, however, it was super uncomfortable. The bed was horribly comfortable. The chair was uncomfortable. The couch was uncomfortable. I’m glad we were only here for one night because the chairs at breakfast were a welcome reprieve for a comfortable place to sit, which speaks volumes. Also my biggest complaint would be the housekeeper barging into the room at 8:07 AM on a saturday morning!! I mean check out wasnt for HOURS. Thanks for ruining my saturday morning sleep in, Holiday Inn. :(

Great location

Rooms where large and spacious had mini fridge and micro in room, bathroom came with lotions and body wash options. Morning buffet had nice variety of food options. Close to exit

My stay was 6 nights. My first night I went to take a shower and about fell. There are no grab bars at all and the floor is raised and slick. I feel this should be addressed. I also would have liked clean sheets once during my stay.

Front desk was outstanding!!
