전체 평가 및 리뷰 Warren House

예쁜정원에 예쁜건물이 너무 아름다운곳이 었어요 특히 직원분들이 너무너무 친절해서 6일동안 묵으면서 정들었어요~ 다음에 기회되면 또 가보고싶어요~!!

좋은 점: 훌륭한 주변 환경 정원, 깨끗한 침실과 욕실 그리고 친절한 크루들. 그리고 쉽게 만나기 어려운 넓은 마당의 주차장. 차로 이동하기에 유리한 히드로 공항 접근성 영국 귀족의 하루를 체험한 느낌입니다. 아쉬운 점: 상대적인 것인 데, 런던에서 비슷한 시기에 묶었던 전문 호텔 체인 브랜드인 하얏트나 힐튼에 비해서 조식의 전반적인 품질은 다소 아쉽네요.

Very Good except accessibility. traffic accessiblity is poor.

Warren House is a beautiful hotel in a very affluent area of London. Steeped in history, wish I could have spent more time but was away on business. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel has a strange policy of photocopying your ID and credit card, which isn’t normal in the UK, at least for British citizens. Food was excellent. Rooms were warm and modern. Mine wasn’t the biggest and bathroom was very small with a very cold floor. But relatively minor issues for 1 nights stay. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay over new year. Staff were friendly and our room was comfortable.

It mentioned in the booking details that there were robes in the bedroom, there were no robes in the room.

Has been refurbished beautifully local to Richmond park.

This is an excellent Hotel. Furnished to a very high standard, excellent food and brilliant service. We will definitely return to enjoy a stay there again.

The noise at night was horrendous in our room. Never again made a complaint but not sure how they will retify the situation Christmas they had no live entertainment so very boring and mainly family oriented

Beautiful stay!

We were greeted by the frontiers, very polite and helpful. Provided all the necessary information for the stay. We enjoyed staying in a triple room with our baby. Warm, cosy and clean room.

I had trouble with the heating system. I couldn’t get the room warm. Staff were very helpful. But I think issue is with insulation not the heater. The bathroom had a small window, but no heater, so it was always very cold.

Room was okay, rest of the hotel a bit worn. Would have been a higher rating if it wasnt for the free bottle of wine - whilst i wasnt expecting the best wine ever, i was expecting something at least palatable. Truly the worst wine ive ever tasted.
