Let’s start with the good things first. The hotel staffs are very kind, it is located in a good location with good eating places only walking distance, our bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the bathroom was very good. However, there are other better hotels in the area, which might offer better services. Everyone has a different standard of comfort and convenience, and for me, I don’t plan to go back to this hotel unless they are improving, why ? 1. This hotel needs to learn how to make a proper room insulation. We could hear the construction work next door disturbing us since 7am; cat sounds in the hall way, other guests’ noises in other floors, motorbike from the street, and a person singing in the building next door. 2. Another guest could open my room door with his own key of another room. It happened at 4am!! If you confused your room (310) with another (301), you should not be able to open the other room because the key is different. Unless the reception mistakenly gave their management/master key to a guest, which is not supposed to happen. I asked this matter to the ladies at the reception but they did not understand. At least they said sorry. 3. We checked in at around 4 pm but since their system was down at that time, so our names was not included in their guest list until the next day. One of the hotel staffs tried to opened our door early in the morning to check if our room was vacant. He knew it was not because it was locked. He did not knock and did not say anything. The hotel reception apologized. 4. If you are thinking of relaxing in the room while watching TV, then forget about it. Each channel was blurred, not clear visual of any shows.
