전체 평가 및 리뷰 MGM Hôtels & Résidences – Résidence Le Cristal de Jade

넓고 여러 식기와 도구들이 준비 되어 있어 아주 편안한 숙박을 할 수 있었음.

넓고 깨끗하고 무엇보다 전망이 너무나 멋졌던곳 직원분들도 너무 친절하고 파리여행중 최고였습니다

4인가족의 3박 4일 숙박이었습니다. 거의 시설도 최상급, 직원들의 친절도도 최상급, 따로 언급할 필요가 없어 보입니다. 수영복을 준비 하지 못해 수영장 시설을 이용하지 못했지만, 지나가면서 보니, 역시 시설이 아주 훌륭해 보였습니다. Chamonix 에 머물기에 이 보다 더 좋은 장소는 없는듯 싶습니다. 참고로 주차는 건물 뒷편에 해야 하고, 체크인전에 임시로 차를 한가한곳에 주차를 하고, 체크인 후에 주는 출입카드를 통해 주차장에 들어갈 수 있습니다.

We stayed in a room with two bedrooms and a stunning view, perfect for our retired parents and our 7-year-old child. From the bedding to the kitchen facilities, there was nothing to complain about. It's right next to the most famous cable car station in Chamonix, and the location is excellent. The parking lot is accessible with a key card after check-in, and it's spacious and secure. You can access all the facilities through the underground without going outside. It was the perfect start to our family trip after COVID"

콘도형태의 숙박시설 장기체류에 적합했고,가족여행으로 좋았습니다. 한층에 두채씩 있어서 프라이빗 했습니다. 케이블카 바로 옆에 있으며, 시내와 아주 약간 떨어져 있어서 시끄럽지 않아서 좋았습니다. 그렇다고 시내와 먼것은 아니고. 도보 3분정도 될것같네요. 미온수 수영장이 있어서 아이들이 좋아했고, 사우나 자쿠지는 16세이상만 들어갈 수 있습니다. 사우나가 좋았습니다.

샤모니 가시면 무조건 가세요. 무료 업그레이드 덕분이겠지만 여행을 많이 다니는 편 인데 유럽에서 더 좋은 숙소에서 잔 적이 없는 것 같습니다. 다만 주차장 입구는 좀 주의해서 찾아야 합니다.

완벽한 resort입니다. 1. 에귀디미디 케이블카 타는 곳에 거의 붙어 있어서 위치가 최상입니다. 1. 새로 지어서 너무나 깨끗하고, room condition 및 집기가 최상급입니다. 3. 실내수영장 & 특히 SPA가 특급 호텔 수준임. 너무 좋았음.

Excellent accommodation!

An apartment hotel designed like a country cottage. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Right in front of the hotel there is a huge supermarket where you can find everything you need. The pool and spa at the hotel are excellent. The hotel is located right next to the cable car that goes up to l'Aiguille du midi Highly recommended!

Lots of room for the family. Loved the amenities including the hammam and sauna!

Stedet er dejligt og med smuk udsigt, men vores værelse lå lige ud til trafikeret vej, med støj. Vi havde forventet mere af et sted med 5 stjerner. Fx var sovesofaen absolut ikke god at sove i. Der er ikke håndvask sammen med wc’et. Køkkenknivene ikke egnet til at lave mad og i dårlig stand.

Overall a good stay. Staff at Reception are very pleasant but it is a bit slow as there is only one poor employee that seems to be doing the job of many, checking in, answering the phones, minding the bar and serving drinks and also bringing items to your room if needed like cots etc. Reception completely shuts outside of the hours of 8am-8pm you can’t even get into the area, dread to think what would happen if you lost your room key? We had a medical issue with one of our children and needed advice on who to call however it was past 8pm and there wasn’t even an answer on the telephone. I had asked for a cot and iron prior to my arrival, neither of which were there so we had to wait with a very restless 4 month old before we could get him off to bed We were looking onto the road which was very loud during the night. However the room was nice, small things like staining on the walls and curtains could be addressed but otherwise clean and tidy. Bear in mind if you’re planning on using the sofa bed it comes out as two single beds with quite a large gap down the middle so would not be suitable for small children The pool is great and easily accessed.

This hotel is wonderful! Very clean, the staff were very helpful and the sauna and pool were great! I highly recommend this hotel!

This was my second time here (and soon I'm staying here for the third time). The property is immaculate and an absolute steal for the very reasonable pricing. Apartments are spacious, have a nice chaltet feel and cosiness yet very modern, balconies are large, and free spa facilities are great (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, pool). The frontdesk is very helpful and transparent. Mr. Phillipe was very responsive even before we reached and made sure we had the best possible apartment exactly matching the very specific requirements I had requested for (unobstructed view of Mt. Blanc and Les Bossons glacier). Simialarly Mr. Josquin was also very patient in answering our queries and helping us plan our days. Lastly, the location is awesome. You are within 500mts from village main street with loads of dining and shopping options. Aguille du Midi cable car and train station are just steps away. The free parking is a bonus. La Cristal De Jade is now our annual destination to catch up with friends or just with family.

Fantastic location close to the lift and a short walk to town. The facility offers morning bakery deliveries and nice steam room and sauna access. Staff were friendly and very helpful and rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchenette was well equipped for cooking at home but lacked essentials like salt and pepper.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Cristal de Jade. A great location for all amenities, well equipped apartment and very friendly staff. We look forward to returning in the future!
