Booked months ago and requested a low floor room due to mobility issues, however we were allocated a room on the highest floor and as far from the lift as you could get some check-in staff don't read or care about customer requests.

All ok except terrible food.

Most convenient location, but that’s it. Otherwise truly basic with terrible restaurant and bar prices.

Ideal for checking in luggage the night before an early morning flight.

Airport stopover prior to early flight. We have done this many times. Hotel on airport so takes the pain out of a very early start. Staff are excellent and the room etc very clean. Bed a bit hard but no bigge! The food is not great so we no longer have dinner. Prefer a take away. Staff are very helpful. It is expensive for what it is but here it’s location location!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and quick friendly staff …. perfect airport hotel

Really great hotel but not made clear when booking that parking does not belong to the hotel and there is a £45 per night charge.

Check in was poor and took upwards of 30 mins because they had charged my guarantee credit card without my authorisation to check in another guest who i didnt know. This caused confusion when i tried to check in 3 hours later as they couldnt find my reservation. They apologised but were not really taking it seriously

Everything was fine. A nice touch would have been to have a biscuit with the tea and coffee in the room. I though most places do that?

This is a good airport hotel, right next to the airport (just a very short walk) - but you’d only want to stay here if you are using the airport.

Useful place to stay if you have an early flight. Room prices are not *too* excessive and the room itself was nice enough.

Very easy check in. Mike on the desk was very helpful and deserves to be acknowledged. He was very good and went above and beyond to help store some travel equipment

Lovely check in, the girl was so friendly and helpful. We ate dinner there, which is ok, over priced, but you kind of expect that at an airport. The lad keeping the tables clean was amazing, we asked his name, but can’t remember as it was difficult, but he deserves a mention as he was so great.

Very comfortable and Great location for easy access to the airport.
