Really lovely hotel in a great location, quick walk to London Bridge station. The staff were very welcoming and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were great.

The rooms are so lovely, a real luxury. The bathroom had everything just incase you forgot. There was a fridge, safe, coffee machine etc. Even a heated toilet seat!!!!

Lovely comfortable hotel with charming character. Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. Couple of issues with the room, the curtains were coming down and the shower door was falling off. I would have thought housekeeping should have noticed these and reported them and fixed before we were given the room. We reported the issues and they were fixed immediately. Restaurant great and priced as you would expect central London beautiful room and relaxing.

We loved our stay at The Lalit! It was central to loads of restaurants, Tower Bridge , Underground Station etc. It was comfortable and a fabulous stay

We liked the history of the property and the character of the rooms and public spaces.

Bad reception when we arrived, rude, stressed receptionist. Very surprised- Not common in a five star hotel. I was not ok with him so he suddenly vanished and a new one entered with a professional approach. Other minor issues was room service trays that was left in the corridor for full days. A repair of the leaking/ crinkled shower hose was asked for but was not attended to and key cards that did not work (happened twice and one of the times i was locked in the gym between two firedoors. On the upside the room was nice and spacious and the breakfast was good with a diverse breakfast menu and table service. Good coffee. As a whole a mediocer experience

Very clean and nice

Fantastic hotel, with excellent service and brilliant, helpful staff.

We loved our stay here at the Lalit. The building itself was beautiful and we loved how they modernised it, but still kept the theming of the original school. We had a senior classroom, and the room was spacious with high ceilings and huge windows. We even had a view of the Shard! Service was good, and I have absolutely no complaints about our stay. It's a bit of a hidden gem compared to the other London hotels we've stayed in, especially for the price we paid. We will absolutely consider staying here again!
