Amazing stay and great vegetarian food

Beautiful property with wonderful people and great food options. If you’re visiting Indore then this is the place to stay.

All was well loved the services and hotel, but since I made my reservation through hotels.com, I was not able to receive the suite and additional discount that I would have if I had made my reservation through the website. It was also not mentioned anywhere that I would get a foreign transaction fee. Please adjust the pricing if you can, and do not add a transaction fee.

The staff are excellent and very helpful. The only issue we had was the air conditioning stopped working most nights. So had to wake up to reset the AC.

Please avoid this hotel not at all safe to stay in hotel food you will get hair and fungus food will supply no response from hotel,and the General Manager will consume toboco in front of customers or family it is far from city no cab will be available or if emergency you will struck be careful

I was very impressed overall with the Sheraton Grand Indore. I felt like an honored guest the entire time I was there and I found the staff exceedingly helpful, the food was delcious and the room was immaculate. Saliim in the dining room was greatly concerned that everything was ok for me and he really is an extraordinary person all the way around, a true professional and genuinely nice person. Sanchin at the front door was always nice and pleasant, as was the entire staff.

Hotel complex is huge but no clear signs marking hotel lobby. Room was ordinary cannot complain. Room service and staff were primarily appeared untrained and lacking basic information. When called for food in room they could not comprehend idea of charging to room, instead asking for cash given order was getting placed in late night . When informed front desk they acknowledge but seems to lack control over things. Breakfast buffet was good and vegetarian only.
