Çok seyahat eden biri olmama rağmen otel yorumu yapmam ama stella için yapacağım. Marinanın hemen dibinde olan JBR beache 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde olan bu hotelde çalışanlar özellikle resepsiyon müdürü Mehdi bey harika bir insan. Çok yardımsever ve çözüm odaklı. Tam istediğim şekilde odam ayarlanmıştı giriş yaptığımızda. Otel akşam yemekleri harika. Her akşam ayrı bir konsept Türk, Meksika, yunan, italyan mutfaklarını tattık tüm yemekler birbirinden güzeldi. Kapıda ücretsiz vale hizmeti var. Vale çok yardımsever. Otel temizliği ayrıca çok iyiydi.

All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I will be happy to stay at this hotel in the future.

The hotel was overcrowded, long queue to access the restaurant for breakfast, long queue to take some food from the buffet. Facilities not enough for that many clients, Night club playing loud music till early morning.

There is a reason this hotel is five stars and they show it in every single way! I was blown away by the service and attitude of all the people who work there. Would absolutely come again and would like to especially shout out Usman and Nitin! There were amazing and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated!

Perfect location with close proximity to Jumeirah beach and Dmcc metro station. Also shuttle busses offered. Breakfast was great, with a wide selection of western options and other cuisines as well.The little outdoor terrace with palmtrees was fantastics for breakfasts with morning sunlight. Nice pool area, with direct sunlight in December from 10-14/15 o'clock. Didn't use spa or gym. Our room was ok the 28th floor, and the proximity of the sky bar could disturb people who can't sleep with some background noice, as the music ramped up in the evening. But this was not a problem for us. Would recommend and stay again.

The Hospitality was great and food was good. The hotel is situated close to everything you would need. A must visit for tourists.

Standard establishment, certainly not a 5-star hotel, many soundproofing problems both with the outside and with other rooms, we asked for a change and were given another room, a little quieter but still very noisy.Super friendly and always available for all requests, 6-star staff

So happy with 13 minutes walk to the Persian golf beach, great food in the hotel- breakfast and dinner was part of our stay. staff speak good english and russian languages, clean dining room, delicious food. The towels are available, pool water clean, kids friendly pool as well as an adult pool. The grocery store close by, small restaurants are available in walking distance. Me my 5 and 12 years old kids were happy to stay there for our family vacation. Kids friendly place for family vacation. We added my mom to our suite because she came from another country to join us at this vacation. She had a discount for 75 citizens for additional breakfast and dinner. Fantastic, we are planning to stop by there again for next Dubai vacation. Recommend for US citizens and Russian tourists as well.

Fantastic location/walkable to JBR beach, train and tram for all attractions, very good choice for breakfast and excellent variety for evening meal. Chef Dhan and Joycelyn were outstanding / very attentive.
