I actually stayed here for 12 days during a time when Kuta/Legian was very quiet due to the COVID-19 outbreak. It was quiet here because 2 days after I checked in, the hotel closed in observance of Stay At Home (COVID-19) guidelines. So the hotel was very quiet, with only a few hotel guests keeping to themselves for the most part and self-isolating in their rooms. As for the rooms, my first night I had booked a ‘fan only’ room, which I realized the next morning was just too hot. And I wanted a tv. So I upgraded to a room with A/C and a TV. The family that owns this hotel, (and a few other locations), asked me after my first night in the upgraded room, if I was going to stay or fly back to the USA. I told him I will stay and would like to arrange a deal if I stay at this hotel for 30 days, due to the virus and other hotel options dwindling at this time. He agreed. And so I stayed. But I had to change rooms yet again as the owner wanted the few of us guests there to be toward the back of the hotel, away from the street. But as days went by, complementary breakfast stopped being served as nearby stores were closed and couldn’t buy basic ingredients. They also couldn’t change the sheets because their laundry services were closed. They did sweep my room and replenish my hand soap and toilet paper. Plus, one of the front desk staff offered to have me stay in yet another room rather than change the sheets. I declined. I chose to leave after 12 days because the owner would be cutting non-essentials: tv, downgrade WiFi, etc. so I needed to find a place I could stay for a month or two that would not be closing down due to lack of guests. The rooms were fine. Spacious. TV was great. Pretty good WiFi reception. The few days I had breakfast, it was good. Hot water showers. No toiletries though. Comfy bed. Although I was a bit frustrated that the lighting over the bed was not very adequate. Difficult to see at night. The two young men that stayed in the property 24/7 while the few guests stayed there were great. Spoke English well. I also knew they wanted to go home. That’s the other reason I chose to leave. Everyone need to take care of themselves right now. Thank you for your hospitality.

Sarapannya sangat buruk dan petugas hotel juga tidak memberikan apa yang menjadi Hak kami seperti air minum dan ganti handuk juga make up room, Kecuali kita mentahan.

A good deal with super reasonable price during peak season. There were no toiletries provided so you need to prepare for it. Super close with Kuta Beach like you just could walk while closing your eyes and suddenly arrived. The receptionist and service staff were kind however the breakfast was not compelling and limited.

Hotel ini mirip homestay per kamar terpisah kebetulan kamar yang dipesan sudah tidak ada, yang ada AC jadi kamar hanya pake kipas angin. Fasilitas tentu sesuai dengan budget harga, makan pagi menu sudah ditentukan, sangat terbatas. Lokasi agak jauh ke dalam dari pantai Kuta harus jalan kaki atau naik motor. Jalanan ke dalam sempit mobil hanya bisa 1 tidak bisa berpapasan dari arah berlawanan. Ada kolam renang kecil, lumayan untuk olah badan karena kamarnya tidak ber-AC. Kebetulan habis yang ada AC-nya.

Sewaktu liburan ke Bali, saya booking di Ayu Lily Garden karena saya sudah 2 kali menginap disini sebelumnya. Awal september kemarin, saya booking untuk Superior Room berikut breakfast. Tetapi saat sampai disana AC di kamar tidak dingin. Saya tunggu sampai 1 jam pun AC tetap tidak dingin. Saya coba untuk bilang ke receptionist tetapi tidak dingin juga setelah di coba setting sama mereka. Keesokan harinya saya bicara lagi dengan receptionist dan pada akhirnya saya pun pindah kamar ke sebelah. Memang pertama kali AC-nya dingin dan sesuai dengan keinginan saya. Tetapi tidak lama kemudian setelah saya coba setting suhu AC-nya sedikit, AC kembali rusak walaupun sudah di setting ke 16 derajat. Tetapi tidak dingin kembali. Sama saja seperti kamar yang sebelumnya. Akhirnya saya pun mengabaikannya saja karena saya sudah capek untuk pindah-pindah kamar lagi. Saran saya untuk pihak hotel, mohon agar lebih di maintenance lagi terutama untuk AC. Karena pasti pengunjung yang sudah beraktivitas di bali dan oengaruh terik matahari, mereka pasti ingin istirahat sejenak di kamar jadi bisa relax. Untuk kolam renangnya memang bagus, tetapi setelah saya coba untuk berenang, mata saya agak perih setelahnya. Kemungkinan kaporit atau kadar PH-nya terlalu tinggi. Menurut saya kurang bagus juga untuk kulit. Akhirnya saya memutuskan untuk hanya duduk-duduk saja di sekitar kolam renang. Untuk breakfast, menu sebenarnya tinggal pilih. Ada 3 menu paket. Saya waktu itu pilih toast egg, hot tea berikut dengan buah-buahan. Tetapi untuk teh panas, menurut saya agak aneh jika airnya asin. Kemungkinan pengaruh dari air keran yang di masak. Saran saya untuk pihak hotel, lebih baik pakai air aqua. Overal semuanya ok. Tempat juga strategis dekat dengan pantai Kuta. Saran: *) Lebih baik bawa handuk dan sabun sendiri. Memang diberikan handuk dari mereka. Tetapi mereka tidak akan memberikan handuk baru. Atau membersihkan tempat tidur yang akan anda inap setelahnya. Untuk sabun lebih baik bawa cadangan karena mereka terkadang hanya mengisi sabun sedikit. *) Jika anda mau pesan, lebih baik tidak udah berikut dengan breakfast. Karena makanan pagi-pagi banyak disekitaran Hotel Ayu Lily Garden. Banyak juga yang murah-murah. Dan jika di hitung-hitung harga untuk brekfast per orang kurang lebih sama jika anda beli di luar.
