실망으로 시작했습니다. 리셉션 로비는 식료품점처럼 보였습니다. 우리는 그것이 진짜 입구인지 확신할 수 없었습니다. 구관과 신관이 있다는 정보가 없었습니다. 저는 2개의 객실을 예약했는데, 구관에 1개, 신관에 1개가 주어졌습니다. 저는 3층에 있는 방을 받았고, 거기에 계단이 없다는 언급은 없었습니다. 그래서 저는 무릎이 나빠서 짐을 3층 계단으로 끌고 가야 했습니다. 그곳에 묵기 위해 늙은 부모님을 데려온 사람들은 어떻게 될지 궁금합니다. 들어가자마자 구관의 방은 곰팡이 냄새가 났습니다. 가구와 욕실은 확실히 오래되었습니다. 침대당 베개가 하나뿐이었습니다. 밤에 이상한 소리가 많이 들렸습니다. 하지만 신관의 다른 방이 더 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 넓은 방이 필요하다면 이 호텔이 적합합니다. 하지만 신관의 방을 요청하는 것이 좋습니다.

미리 죄송하지만 에어컨이 안좋아요, 작동이 안되고, 방은 넓은데 덥고 물이 좀 탁하고, 색깔은 갈색인데 방은 깨끗해요, 그냥 실망스럽거든요 에어컨이 켜져 있어요

Pleasant comfortable stay, shower need to be upgraded as water pressure not consistent. Noise level higher compared to other hotels. Friendly and efficient front desk. One of the 2 hotels in Alor Star that I will stay with anytime.

Value for money. Very spacious with all the necessities that I needed for a good stay.

1.) service okay (but need to improve from time to time, staff should be more friendly (6/10). 2.) facility not really helping (5/10).especially no phone at room to make a call. no coffee & tea, no shower cap, no hanger and what's make me really disappointed is, no plug near to the mirror for plug in hair dryer even the mirror so big like a door. the plug is very far from the mirror, even in toilet also no plug at all 😫 3.) cleanliness is okay (7/10).. I am staying at room 516 (17/aug/19)

Friendly receptionist and good accomodation.

Nice room. Spacious. Friendly receptionist/ housekeeping. Lift a little bit smelly. Got swimming pool, futsal, badminton court.

Good location, nice view, good facilities and there is a lot of car park at the back near to elevator.. Only the towel is smelly

Suasana hotel gaduh riuh karena lokasi hotel digunakan untuk arena olah raga seperti batminton, futsal, renang yang kegiatannya sampai larut malam bahkan jam 02.00 dini hari, otomatis sangat mengganggu istirahat tamu hotel. Handuk kamar mandi bau sangat apek 2 malam tinggal di hotel ini sangat tidak nyaman. Cukup sekali saja menginap di hotel ini.

Lokasi sangat strategik. Bilik bersih & selesa. Luas, sesuai untuk family. Tandas bersih kecuali tuala berbau hapak.

Room condition was okay. Bathroom was clean. The price is affordable.

Great, but they must improve the cleanliness of the floor since they did not provide any slipper. The floor feel sticky and slippery when I came out from the bathroom. Towel they provided were smelly. look new but smelly! They providing cup, heater and tea spoon but there was no tea bag or instant coffee. The bed, shower and others, I love em so much. Much love for that. Just need few improvement bout the floor cleanliness, towel and add few instant coffee. I would love to have a sip of coffee while looking outside the window.

Near at town, nice hotel and good price

Room is spacious. Parking many. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioner is new and excellent. Toilet is great.room is very clean and tidy. Channel TV also many. Hotel is close to aman central shopping mall and at center of a. Setar city. Cheap price. My 1st hotel selection if stay in alor setar so far.

Sangat bagus untuk keluarga, ada macam-macam aktiviti yang boleh dibuat.

I booked room which is located at the new wing. Room is clean and nice. Fast check-in. Staffs are friendly. Strategic location near to mall. Uber and Grabcar now available at Alor Setar. So easy.
