나름괜찮은 호텔. 위치도 좋음. 해바라기 샤워기가 있는데 일반 줄달린 샤워기가 없어서 머리만 감기가 불편함. 샤워해야 머리감을 수 있는구조

아주 좋았습니다

서비스가 정말 최악이었어요. 몇개월 전에 예약을 하고 갔고 체크인 당일 낮 12시쯤 도착하였습니다. 그럼에도 오버부킹이라 방이 없으니 다른 방을 안내해주겠다고 했습니다. 원했던 방도 아니고 복층 구조로 별로 마음에 들지 않아 원래 예약한 방을 구해달라고 했더니 알겠다며 2-3시간 있다가 다시 오라고 했습니다. 밖에서 놀다가 오후 4시쯤 다시 갔더니 1층 체크인 데스크 뒷편 101호 방을 안내하더군요. 이미 여러 블로그에서 악명 높았던(?) 101호 후기들을 보았고 역시나 들어가니 빛도 들어오지 않고 하수구 냄새가 진동을 하였습니다. 여기에 3일을 투숙하긴 싫어서 101호에 대한 다른 블로그 글들을 보여주며 방을 바꿔달라고 말했습니다. 처음에는 아까 봤던 복층방만 가능하다고 했다가 1분만에 그방도 방금 예약이 들어와서 없으니 그냥 그방에 머물라는 안내를 받았습니다. 노란옷을 입고 있던 데스크 직원 2명은 아무런 조치를 취해주지 않았고 계속 기다리라는 말만 반복했습니다. 그러더니 지하실에서 문제가 있어 냄새가 올라오는 것 같다고 말하며 청소 직원을 보냈는데, 방향제 스프레이를 하나 가져와서 뿌려주고는 나가더군요. 저희는 짐도 풀지 않고 계속 기다리고 있는데 아무런 대응을 해주지 않고 무려 2시간이 흘렀고, 너무 화가 나서 매니저를 불렀습니다. 매니저에게 상황을 설명했고 결국 그 옆 100호인가에서 하루를 자고 다음날 방을 바꿔주겠다는 안내를 받아 방을 옮겼습니다. 다음날 결국 원래 예약했던 타입의 방으로 옮겨서 이틀을 투숙했지만 세면대가 막혀 물이 내려가지 않고 역시나 하수구 냄새가 심하게 역류했습니다. 조식도 부실했고 서비스(체크인데스크)는 정말 최악, 위치도 애매하여 트라이시클을 항상 타고 타운으로 나갔습니다. 엘니도에 깨끗한 호텔이 적지만 수영장 사진만 보고 예약을 했다가 오버부킹에 당해 첫날을 완전 망쳐버린 기대 이하의 호텔이었습니다.

처음으로 가본 필리핀여행이라 잘 몰라서 문의도 많이했는데 웃으면서 친절하게 알려주어서 너무 기억에 남는 여행이였습니다 수영장도 매우 쾌적하고 마지막 가는날 조식시간보다 삼십분일찍 조식을 먹을수있게 오픈해주어서 최고의 서비스를 받은 기분이였습니다.

Staff are very friendly and hospitable. Accomodated our request promptly. Breakfast buffet offers wide variety of options. Highly reccomended!

It was a great place to stay. Staff were extraordinary. They were able to accommodate every thing we asked for. The pool was a great place to relax, and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good. Close to town for easy access to night life and tours, but not close enough for noise issues.

We had an excellent stay at Lagun Hotel! The hotel’s convenient location is a standout feature, with the canopy walk and the vibrant Times Square area just a short stroll away. Being so close to an array of restaurants, bars, and shops made exploring the city effortless. The staff were incredibly approachable, offering cheerful and attentive service that truly made the experience memorable. The comfort and hospitality at Lagun Hotel exceeded all expectations—I can’t wait to return! Truly recommend this hotel stay to anyone that comes to El Nido. Make sure to fly with Air Swift to land at Lio Airport which is less hassle to get here rather than from Puerto Princesa. Also, to get around the town rent a motorbike/scooter and it’s fun😁

Close to everything. Our room had a smell and paint was not nice to look at.

Clean and comfortable

Staff was very friendly. Location perfect.

It was very clean but the elevator smelled too much of a metal polisher. Maybe not use the polisher every single time. The view in the back was of someone else’s house which was very close. Not a big fan. Maybe some louvres. Otherwise, place and staff was great!

Property was nice. Had issues with WiFi which was not fully resolved. Food was nice and staff friendly

Hotel looks good but is basic. View is into someone’s backyard with roosters. Rooms are clean and well presented yet small. Service is very slow. Lacking initiative. Breakfast took over 30mins …when only 6 people there

The front desk/concierge is excellent with arranging tours and shuttle service. They try their best to accommodate any request and finds solution for whatever problem you may have. They aim to please and a source for tips and local information. Everything is walkable from this location. I can find cheaper alternatives but you get what you pay for. No disappointment here so why risk your vacation.

We stay at this hotel each time we come to El Nito. The views are wonderful from the balcony. The bed is extremely comfortable.The shower has very good water pressure. The staff are always attentive, kind, and eager to help. The pool on the roof has spectacular views of the sunset. Best hitel in El Nito!!!!
