Good budget friendly hotel. It is right on the highway so a bit noisy @ night.

I canceled my reservation entirely and in person at the front desk. I should not have any charge for staying there.

The hotel was very quiet clean, and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating

The shower was not working. The pressure was dripping water so it took forever to take a shower.

Check in was a breeze. Room was ok. The headboard had a few large scuff marks, restroom door paint was coming off the bottom, and the restroom wall had a few dark spots which looked like mold. Breakfast was average, nothing special. One of the workers was getting coffee and splashed my wife with coffee and never acknowledged it. Probably won’t stay there again.

Bathroom was dirty but rest of the room was decent.

The property does not have housekeeping staff on weekends. Weekends are the busiest times for any hotel and to not have adequate housekeeping is concerning. There were lots of different types of hair on the bedding including pillows and sheets. The floors had not been swept prior to our arrival and there was a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom. There were not enough towels to accommodate each guest. We had to take dirty towels down to the guest services desk to switch for a clean towel. The towels were white but did not appear to be clean. Overall the stay was not what we expected. We are a traveling club volleyball family and we’ve stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. We will not be back.

Good all around hotel. Reception was good as was the room, very comfortable bed and a very nice breakfast.

We’ve stayed here before and had a great experience so we decided to try it again when we came into town with some friends. Staff was friendly and lobby was clean. Room seemed a bit run down but you could tell they had tried to make updates. The walls are thin…you can hear every door open and close around you. There was hardly any water pressure in the shower or sink. Breakfast was ok, they had the usual - waffles, biscuits, sausage, etc. It was a place to sleep, but we were a bit disappointed because the previous stay was so nice. We didn’t contact the front desk because we knew there wasn’t anything they could do.

Great location for access and to wurstfest transport was great.

I really enjoyed the stay. Actually would have loved to stay another night. Definitely will stay again
