Great new hotel and I love the location because there is not much else in the area. Very easy to book. Great front desk staff. It is on the other side of the T so it can be a tad noisy, depending on which way your room is facing. And the bar was a bit of a disappointment very very expensive. But overall, I would recommend and I will return!

The room was very clean and smelled very clean. We were above the train tracks so that was a bit annoying every few hours but not awful. The hallway in the lobby had a musty smell but I think it was flooded. Overall very good accommodations, check in was also very quick.

Best option near BC

Great location , close to green line train , quiet room very comfortable bed .

We stayed one night. Our room was on the back side and if you are a light sleeper you can’t sleep as there are train tracks just outside and noise of train disturb sleep.

Stayed here for a visit to BC. Property was close to the school, clean and staff was nice. I would stay here again and definitely recommend. Cost was reasonable.

It’s not bad. The person who checked us in put us in a quiet room away from the train. We were able to walk to a little cafe right near the hotel for dinner.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to my daughter’s apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is overpriced yet a convenient option. I know it is the current trend but a little color injected into the endless greige would lessen the sterile vibes. All in all, a pleasant experience.

I love staying at the AC Mariott when I visit my daughters at BC. It’s close, clean and great.

The hotel is clean and beautiful and I loved the gym! It’s also close to the train so we could catch it into town. Staff was very polite too

This was overpriced and underwhelming. There was nothing of note to the room except for an incredibly squeaky bathroom door. Was it intentional to NOT have a clock? It was “modern” decor which was rather boring. Really? - $45 a night for parking (not valet) in a lot that used to be a movie theater’s parking lot. Having lived in Boston I was familiar with the area. It is convenient to downtown and was relatively quiet at night. $19 for breakfast? Go across the street to the Eagle deli. And for great pizza, Pinos, right near the deli. It was expensive, but not unusual for Boston. Annoying.
