Actually, I want to brief this: 1. The people's service was awesome, helpful, and friendly. But, I think due to covid19, the front desk and technician won't be able to help you after 6 PM, also the restaurant was closed at that time. 2. The 2nd night of our stay, I got to upgrade the bigger villa since our room's electricity was down and none of the technicians were there to help (as I mentioned on point 1). Sadly, the water and the water heater at our upgraded villa was not already set up for guest. We couldn't get hot water and got only cold water with a small volume, anyway. But again, tried they can to do service recovery the next day by having us their free lunch and late check-out, even they offered us one more night to stay. I think I can really understand the situation of Bali's hospitality business due to covid19 attacks, it is super sad seeing Bali struggling like that. Wapa Di Ume has super nice service and people, the situation I got positively can be way better when people come and pay for the room that they can provide you all the service normally.
