The building was beautiful & well kept. Super comfy beds, and nice and quiet. I had my dog, and he was very comfortable there and enjoyed all the pets from the front desk staff! My only complaint was that the bagels seemed a little stale. Everything else was great!

Clean and comfortable

Good for overnight stay. Really good breakfast and it hit the spot before traveling back to Texas. The only negative I can say, is that the hotel didn't smell clean and fresh.

Very easy to drive to and very clean area. Breakfast was good. No problems

Good location away from traffic but about 5 minutes to Legends Outlet and 20 minutes to Union Station. Very new, super clean, nice staff, great wheelchair accessibility, nice bright parking lot, wheelchair pool lift. Bed height is taller than normal chair heights.

Would stay again!! Awesome

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed

Everything was perfect!

It was right next to the exit where I usually come into Kansas City from the highway. It was quiet and pretty comfortable. Slept well. You need that after spending a day in the city.

Stayed here because we were playing ball at Creekside field; for convenience; our stay was good, facilities were clean, breakfast had a good variety of food and was satisfactory - no complaints.

Quiet and clean.

All was good except not as clean as could be. The disturbing issue was the breakfast. All the bread products were old and hard. Food was all cold even though was in heaters. Cinimon buns were rock hard stale, french toast was not edible at all, pancakes were criminal. Not at all what i expect from Hiliday Inn. Counter manager didnt really seem to care at all. Just said shed look into it. We will give them one more chance as already prebooked another room. I really hope its better.

The hotel was nice, clean, and your average stay...except for the dogs on site. I guess to make it feel "home-ier". I'm not a dog person, so I was not a fan. The only other thing that really stood out, was the location of product dispensers in the restroom. They were all really low. The hand soap dispenser was pretty far away from the sink, it was next to the toilet paper roll. Then the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottle holder in the shower was maybe 3 feet off the ground and the soap holders were closer to my feet than hands. Nothing against the stay, but definitely caught my attention.

Always a great place to stay. Beautiful facility.
