전체 평가 및 리뷰 AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Brickell

The breakfast are staff in professional, four of one after another came and asked if I paid for breakfast, how I mentioned multiple times upon getting in that my breakfast is covered and gave them my room number, still kept coming and asking. Then on last day the even asked me to sign a receipt but no charges??

Excelente ubicación cerca del Brickell City Centre y del Río de Miami. Muy bonita y segura área para caminar. El hotel es nuevo y tienen un excelente servicio al cliente y son muy amables. Es muy cómodo. Las camas son comodisimas y la alberca muy conveniente.

Una muy buena experiencia en el Hotel pues en realidad no es tan ruidoso como dicen en los comentarios eso nos ubicaron en una habitación alra

Not worth the hype

Took 25 minutes to get through valet, only 4 cars ahead of me

Very rude staff. Not trained well. Asked for our passports three times every day, made multiple withdraws from our cards for no reason. Good location, Very bad staff !!!

I gave this a 4 star instead of 5 because service from front desk and the bar could have been better with a simple greeting when we approached. The property was clean, easy to get to and the room was spacious.

My short stay was wonderful at the AC hotel. I already plan on staying there again, very close hub to get around Miami. Only downside is the train is right next to the hotel, however I am a deep sleeper and they provided earplugs in the room. The front desk agents were amazing and welcoming!

GREAT STAY AT BRICKELL AREA IN MIAMI. I WILL COME BACK. HAD SOME ISSUES AT THE BATROOM IN MY ROON BUT WHITNEY WAS VERY HELPFULL

The location is perfect , very easy to move around, the store and the restaurant are very close, the hotel is very quiet, amazing, I’m excited to back
