It was the worst experience I’ve had in Dubai. The staff barely speaks English. There is a construction site near the hotel and the noise is loud and they work duting the night too. Try to avoid the place.

Everything was on point. Staff were very helpful and accommodating!!!

Hard to get to. Not easily accessible although nice hotel. Safe free parking underground. We checked in very late almost 2am so they let us stay up to 1pm.

No alcohol in this hotel.

Absolutely. Horrendous stay! They have advertised as a 4 star hotel. We checked in late as I had just landed at 3. 30 am. The room. Had no towels, I requested towels waited an hour. I got a pool.towel as the laundry was not done. The next day again requested towels. 4 phonecalls and one hour later, we got some towels. Requesting just the norm was a nightmare. The room has no cupboards, the soap was half filled. The reception night staff was rude. The café downstairs didn't have what was advertised. Not a 4 star hotel. I have seen 3 star hotels in Europe that are better, even bed and breakfast. I wish I could get a refund. I will never stay there nor recommend this place to anyone.

Please do not waste your money, the place absolutely time and money wasting, booked for kings size bedroom, didn’t have my request, also next day moved to other room , still remain same standard room, the swimming pool complete rubbish, see attached photo,

Nice stay and good value for the money. Reception straff and specialy Maria Are so service minded. Some things to be better, as cleaning and manning when busy times. This is loser to 6 in rating then 4,3. its a okay stay.

Well, could be better for 3 star hotel

Pros: New building Nice view Cons: Extremely long cue in checking in Upon arrival at the room No towels in the room. Notice it missing when i was in the shower. 1/4 left of the toilet paper. Thin walls you can hear your neighbor whisphering Too loud children running on the corridor. Lots of slamming on the door. Careeem had difficulty to google the place 1 out of 3 manage to reach the address.

The property offers no limited value for the money that they charge.

The experience was just ridiculous, they checked me to a room which already have a guest inside it, i entered a room and found a naked guest coming out from the shower.

Friendliness and attentiveness of staff was exceptional.

Personal freundlich und bemüht. Haartrockner im Zimmer an einzigem Regal im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers so montiert, das man beim Föhnen auch möglichst in keinen Spiegel schauen könnte. Ziemlich dämlich! 😬Türen auf der gesamten Etage vielen extrem laut in's Schloß. Die Verbindungstür in unserem Zimmer rappelte bei jeder Türöffnung unsere besonders lebhaften Nachbarn, von deren Aktivitäten und Gesprächen wir dank der Sperrholztür auch jedes Wort verstehen könnten.😠 Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet war im Grunde einigermaßen abwechslungsreich, wären da nicht die Probleme mit der Auffüllung der Speisen gewesen, die man aber auch jedesmal erfragen mußte. 😠Frühstück gab es angeblich bis 10.30, man war aber stets bemüht ab 10.15 alles rasch abzuräumen. Handtücher bekamen wir an jedem einzelnen Tag lediglich für eine Person. So mussten wir an allen Tagen unsere fehlenden Handtücher an der Reception erfragen😑Und ganz besonders gefiel uns der nicht vorhandene Kleiderschrank😕Stattdessen gab es 2 Kleiderbügel und 2 Kleiderhaken. War totaaal toll😠Möchte an dieser Stelle allerdings noch als betonen, das die gesamte Crew des Hotels wirklich ausnehmen höflich und zuvorkommend waren.
