전반적으로 나쁘지 않은데, 1. 방에서 냄새가 나요. 방을 교체했음에도 냄새가 났어요 2. 데스크에 있는 남자 직원분들은 친절하지 않은 것 같아요. 3. 음식은 그냥 먹을만했어요

It’s is a nice property

Wonderful stay near Airport. Fairly new hotel 2023, with all the necessary conveniences. Booked a stay for our return flight home after traveling through India.

Excellent rooms and service

It was an amazing stay at your hotel, did like it a lot

The hotel is very beautiful and new, very luxurious. I was feeling very good . Very beautiful rooms and amenities. The breakfast was amazing and great connection to airport. Only little thing that could be improved is that at the reception the reaction of agents was not very good, had to wait quite some time to be attended by someone but I think that’s because hotel is very big and there were many guests during my stay. Apart from this really nothing to complain about. Thanks a lot

Great location and good quality service

Brand new hotel yet fridge and Television in the room didn't work. Shower had only super hot water and will not change the temperature even if you turned the knob towards cool. Breakfast buffet was just okay.

Staff is inefficient and some are even rude. Service is very delayed and not prompt. Did not try a la carte but the food in the buffet is not at all confirming to the price wrt the taste and choices. The overall experience didn't feel great.

No ac in the hotel, always too hot. Also all the bathroom products were not filled.

Great Hospitality, new hotel, clean and spacious and very friendly staff

This is the best money I have ever spent

The staff were absolutely brilliant and very helpful. Very convenient location for resting before going to the airport. Great food and services within the hotel.

Near airport, average facilities

Convenient location close to Mumbai Airport T2. Clean hotel, well maintained. Would consider the hotel again for future stays!
