There are a lot of roaches at this property. Also no hot water. At least the bed was comfortable.

I like the place very safe and quiet..good location and views around..clean and organize

Ability to change roon.1st room was horrible

View on highway. A lot of car traffic, noisy, a lot of motorcycle. Sounds and construction going on starting at 1 am. Bike Sounds echoing between buildings like your in a tunnel.

Excellent and accomodating staff

The room was great. However there was a pool of water coming from the room across the hall. I told the lady who's name starts with a K at the front desk about it and she seemed indifferent about it. She said it would be taken care of. It was still there when I returned that night. And still there the next morning. Finally in the afternoon they opened to room and one of the appliances were leaking from the room into the hallway.

No hot water staff very rude

This is not going to be good. This place should not be on Expedia ever. No communication for property entry. On e in contact person would only deal with security guard. Once arrived got put on the main floor with patio access to the court yard and no way to lock patio door. Door lock was actually broken. Also felt like the room was set up for adult entertaining more that a hotel or a home stay. There was no Toilet paper no phone service available while in room. When finally getting in contract with someone regarding room and got moved to the 6th floor. Patio door could not be locked either but could be closed. However the hot water was not working. The water heater is broken. For reference every room as it own water heater. No potable water. Water was delivered in blue sealed jug. This is for local water use not for foreigner not used to the Philippines. Must bring your own water. My final thought is this is a terrible building to be on Expedia. I should get money back.

Near NAIA

Stayed one night and very close to the airport. I checked in and move on the next day. Also to casinos 👅 I recommend 👆

Good unit - simple, clean. Very convenient to go to T3 via runway
