Nice place, a bit dusty upon our arrival. Nice to have a key that allows to get in the hotel without time constraints and also the possibility of checking in/out at anytime. The city bike service is really helpful to reach the major train stations without having to take busses or taxis.

The location of the hotel was really good for getting into antwerp city centre . The reception staff were reslly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

So to start, we checked in at 3:15 (check in time is 3:00) and while we were unpacking we had someone scan their key card and walk into our room which thankfully we were fully clothed and not indecent, she apologized but said she was checking to see if the room was cleaned or not… which I found weird as it was passed check in time. The room was full of scuffed paint on the walls, roughly patched holes on the wall, brutally scuffed flooring, the bed was not properly made (we literally had to put the fitted sheet on ourselves as the cleaners just laid it roughly on the mattress, the coffee maker was messy with coffee stains going up the wall behind it, not the greatest cleaning job. Another concern is there is absolutely zero noise separation in the building, we can hear our neighbors whispering beside us! And every time someone closed the door to their room it sounded like it was our door opening and closing, it was really hard to have quiet time for sleeping with the no noise cancelling walls. Then at the end of our stay, check out time is 12:00 noon, we were getting ready to leave at 11:45 and the cleaner pushed to get into our room which we told the front desk staff about and she reassured that check out was at 12:00 and shrugged off our concern about people randomly entering our room twice..Overall a solid 3/5 stars as the location is great!

goed hotel maar we hadden een ontbijt erbij geboekt en door omstandigheden was het restaurant dicht en er was ons beloofd dat we de kosten 40 euro terug ontvangen , we zijn nu 1 week later en nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen

The guy on reception was really nice when we arrived, welcomed us, explained everything, gave great service.

Apartamentos muito basicos, sem refrigerador e sem armários. Localização um pouco afastada do centro antigo. Café da manhã simples mas com panquecas deliciosas.

This property is centrally located near everything. The room had been redone, yet someone had peeled back the paint right next to one of the beds to reveal black mold on the wall. The mini split could not cool the room. It wasn’t really working.

Lovely people. Super located. Garage next to the hotel.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit im Bad war verbesserungswürdig. Personal freundlich, aber keine Reception nach 19:00 Uhr. Der Snmeldeprozess für viele Gäste nicht einfach durchzuführen am Terminal. Frühstück war im Café nebenan, jeden Tag das gleiche und nur ein Getränk im Preis enthalten. Das war dann etwas zu teuer.

7時を過ぎた場合、自分でカウンターのパネルを使ってチェックイン、支払い、キー発行をしないとならない。到着時間をメールしてあるのだから事前に教えて欲しかった。入り口の張り紙に従って電話をして、少し待っててとの返事で15分外で待ち、宿泊客がエントランスを開けてくれたのでロビーで待つこと15分、再度電話すると、行けない。自分でチェックインしてください。合計で45分とても疲れた。部屋はきれいだが、床が汚くて スリッパが欲しかった。 バスルームのアメニティーはシャンプーのみ。地元のおしゃれコスメショップのものらしく悪くないが、何故か洗面台もシャンプーのみ。 コーヒーメーカー、水、ドライヤーがあり良い。冷蔵庫、金庫無し。タオルは洗濯されていて問題無いが古く黒ずんでいて、顔を拭くのに抵抗感…。立地は申し分ない。朝食は1F併設カフェで選べたようだが、店員は早口で素っ気無く、かろうじて飲み物は聞いてくれたが、自動的にパンケーキとトースト目玉焼き2つ、オレンジジュース。隣の席の人がサラダとパンケーキだったので 翌日は、トースト目玉焼きとサラダと言ったが、目玉焼き3つとトーストだけ来て、もう面倒だったので良しとした。感じが悪いわけではないけど、親切では無かった。レセプションの男性はニコニコで感じが良かった。しかし、チェックインは自分でしたので、もはや絡みは無かった。

It is a nice, comfortable and clean hotel, very well located in the centre of Antwerp. The staff are very helpful and attentive but sadly have a policy of having no staff after 7pm. This means rowdy guests can run amok in the hotel, causing no end of disruption in the evening, hence zero sleep. Will not be returning which is a shame as I have stayed here many times.

The Hotel National Antwerp is the best value hotel we have stayed in throughout Europe. The rooms are a good size (you can open a suitcase on both sides of the bed), you can open a window and get fresh air, the amenities are good, and best all, all items in the bathroom work!! Great shower, the toilet flushes and the basin sink is not clogged. Amazing!! And the staff were very helpful too. Well done.

Good Location Reasonable Price

Freundliches und solides Hotel. Angenehmes Ambiente. Angenehmer Preis. Das Hotel ist im sogenannten Modeviertel von Antwerpen gelegen. Das bekannte Modemuseum liegt gleich um die Ecke (50 m). Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen Antwerpens sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Great little hotel close to the centre. Comfortable. Part time reception hours opening. Nice ambience. Breakfast available next door if required. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Would book to stay again.

La reception ha orari limitati, in camera non c’è il frigo e il bar è annesso all’albergo apre alle 9. Troppo poco. Positivo il fatto che attaccato all’hotel esiste un parcheggio
