Good location in newer area. Room and hotel we great. Staff was very good. The breakfast was not quite as good as other I had in that price range. Overall this was a great hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Victoria. The staff was nice and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very conveniently located and within walking distance of shopping and the Christmas Markets.

Hotel Victoria is a beautiful property with the most comfortable rooms and the friendliest staff. Breakfast here is delicious with a good variety and the gluhwein during Christmas time was a nice touch.

Amazing stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Though I could speak German all my family members could not but all of the staff spoke English. They made us all feel special and appreciated.

初めての街で駅近のホテルを探して、たまたまココを予約。総合的には、大正解。駅からもすぐ＋観光地がすぐ。フロントスタッフの対応は100％満足ではないが、朝食会場のスタッフは◎。気遣いや気配りが最高でした。
ただ、シングルで一泊3万はきつい。もう少し利用しやすい価格だと嬉しい。

Nice stay. Stayed in an attic room which I highly recommend. It was plenty big, quiet and comfortable. Convenient location at the edge of the aldstadt and right across the street from the train station. Breakfast was above average and the staff was above average. They have their own parking garage which is great. I would stay here again.
