Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time: 2:00 PM. Check-out time: 12:00 PM. Late check-out fees: Check-out after 12:00 PM and up to 2:00 PM: RM100. Check-out between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM: Half room rate for the night. Check-out after 3:00 PM: Full room rate for the night. Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your booking. Cancellation During Your Stay: If you need to shorten your stay, we require 48 hours' notice to be eligible for a potential refund on the unused portion of your booking. Please note that this policy does not apply on public holidays or weekends. Cancellation Due to Misbehavior: The resort reserves the right to cancel a guest’s stay due to misbehavior or disrespect of our rules and regulations, without refunding any payments made. Upon arrival, a refundable cash hold of RM100 will be taken for incidental charges and/or damages. This will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damages or charges are incurred. In case of room or amenity damage, or if a room key is lost, the resort may retain the cash hold as compensation. Additional charges may apply for repairs, replacements, or deep cleaning if damages are deemed significant by resort management. Liability: The resort is not liable for any injuries or accidents on the property. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while near bodies of water. Parking: Parking is available for guests; however, the resort is not responsible for any damages or loss to vehicles. Respect for Other Guests: Please respect the comfort and privacy of other guests. Loud music and karaoke are not allowed without prior permission. Self-cooking on the property is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed on the property. Moving furniture within the room and on the balcony/veranda is not permitted and may incur a fee for damages. Guest Communication: If you have any suggestions, concerns, or face any issues during your stay, please contact the resort directly. We are more than happy to assist in resolving any issues to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Please note that if the resort is not given sufficient time to find a solution, compensation cannot be provided. Registration and Payment: By signing our registration form upon check-in, occupying the room, or using any of our facilities, guests agree to be liable for payment of accommodation, restaurant, and other charges incurred during their stay.
