Hotel provided breakfast and even dinner for guests, which were unexpected! Definitely recommended as food prices in that area were high. The room was clean and heater was working well.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt. Schöner Whirlpool mit traumhaften Ausblick.Das Frühstück ist gut bis sehr gut. Das Abendessen ist ist in Ordnung.

Kamer was oke! Helaas wel wat stoffig vooral de badkamer. Hadden extra betaald om eerder in te kunnen inchecken! Omgeving en afstanden waren perfect! Ontbijt was goed te doen, thee koffie met cake in de middag en een lichte avondmaal zeer goed te doen! Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We had a good stay just before Christmas and the included breakfast afternoon snack and dinner were very convenient when we didn't want to venture out after a long day out. (More on the food in a moment) The room was very comfortable however the shower took a long time to heat up every time (15 minutes!) which was a bit annoying. The room was very peaceful and hotel very conveniently located in town. The food was generally good, however anything off the 'hot buffet' at breakfast and dinner was quite lukewarm even straight after it was brought out. The afternoon snack mentions waffles on the website but we never saw any waffles, just one type of tray-bake cake each day with coffee and hot water set out but no non-dairy milk option, I could only find non dairy milk at breakfast. I overheard some vegan guests really struggling to find anything to eat for their evening meals even dispute a sign saying things can be made for dietary requirements etc. overall the stay was good but I would have preferred the food to be hotter. The receptionist also seemed to disappear quite often with no means of calling for them to come back or sign left out one evening so was waiting around the lobby with several other guests for over 20 minutes one evening when I wanted to ask for an extra pillow.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel; however, stuff from our luggage was robbed while it was stored after our checkout. The staff allow people inside the storage room, freely and without supervision, which obviously is a great feast for those individuals looking to steal stuff. Sadly, loosing stuff made our whole experience regrettable. Would not recommend this hotel.

They don’t clean the room for you each day unless requested in advance. The room was really basic, no fridge which was quite a downer. For the price paid it’s quite disappointing. The breakfast and daily evening meal was quite substantial so that’s good. Overall, the location was great so that saves us a lot of time.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located right in front of Port and provided unmatched views of both Tromsø Bridge and the Lights. It is also at walking distance from city centre and major attractions. One of the highlight is walking around the port late evenings for sighting Auroras on clear sky. Food: Breakfast was amazing with vareity of options suitable for vegetarians, vegan, lactose intolerant and meat lovers. Dinner however had less options for vegetarians and could be improved. Overall an excellent location to stay with your friends or family.

The location is great, with a view of the harbour from the ground floor dining area and the rooftop jacuzzi. They offer complimentary light dinner and fika (afternoon snack, usually cake) on top of the braekfast. Food quality was only ok most of the time, but it was fine. They do charge for the jacuzzi, but the sauna and gym are free. When we checked in we had to wait for 15 minutes because reception was inexplicably empty, but when they were there they were generally helpful. Room was standard for hotels at this range.

Great location, and the light meal that’s included saves a fortune on eating out!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Kaffee, Tee und Wasser rund um die Uhr in der Lobby kostenfrei, gutes Frühstück, das unter der Woche bis 9.30 Uhr ging, allerdings auch punkt 9.30 Uhr abgeräumt wurde. Dass schon vorher nichts mehr nachgefüllt wird ist ja ok, aber das vollständige Abräumen habe ich bisher bei unzähligen Hotelaufenthalten noch nicht erlebt. Die Möblierung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Flecken auf den Sitzmöbeln sind nicht gerade einladend. Das "leichte Abendessen" war ok, haben wir in anderen Clarion Collection Hotels in Norwegen schon wesentlich besser und umfangreicher erlebt. Die Lage des Hotels ist super

Safe location. Upon arrival they rushed us to dinner (was included) before they shut down the dinner line. After they welcomed us. They also stored our bags while we ate. Room was upgrade. Room included bathtub and shower. Heated bath floor. Kettle for tea and coffee. Hot chocolate would be appreciated. No scheduled house keeping, but available upon request. Bus from the airport drops you off at the hotel and at several locations within walking distance. Shopping all around for blocks. It’s right on the water front and only 5 min walk to the central bus station when many of the tours depart and end. Get the breakfast and dinner option. It was definitely worth it. They also have tea at 3:00 or they call it cake. Over all worth the money for the stay. It’s an expensive town and the included meals were worth it. We always felt safe walking the area. Ice and snow was a different issue. Enjoy your stay.

The staff are all really friendly and helpful, the hotel its self is clean from top to bottom. If I could give it more ratings I would. Can highly recommend staying at the Clarion collection Hotel Aurora. We will be back 😊
