One of the best new hotel. The staff was very friendly and amazingly some of them asked my name and everytime I met them they called me with my name. It was a great effort. The food taste was standard for 5 star hotel (I tried in room dining and makan kitchen) but the portion was so great. This is the first time I ate in room dining in hotel and really full. The breakfast is really complete most of everything was there except smoked salmon (but its okay it just my preference). The room was spacious. I was not stay at suite but the room was spacious. The amanities was great, but it supose to have pairs of everything since my booking is for 2 pax. But I only have one and need to request (but they just came right away). Location was great. At the city center. Near with local street food and mall. Definitely will come back again.

Staying at bumi surabaya city resort issa great choice! Near from tp, located in the city center, good services, great food & restaurants, the cleanliness is very good. Even the atmosphere so nice, feel like not being in Surabaya, bcss in there are lots of trees in the hotel, the air is fresh and beautiful 🤩 highly recommended to staying at here! Soon I'll come back here again, super love <3

I stayed for the new years eve. I searched for available hotels near the city center two days before, and found some good deals in Majapahit Hotels. The reservation went fast, I got great service from the receptionists and staffs. The strategic location was perfect for spending joyful event, without feeling disturbed because the room location was quiet far from the festival. The room was huge and comfortable, with beautiful and classic design, equipped with beautiful bathroom with shower and bathtub. I went swimming, Jacuzzi, and sauna. The breakfast was nice, with wide range of choice from local and international menus. The checkout process went fast. Generally speaking, it was worth the price to stay at this 5-stars and historical hotel.

Akhirnya setelah menginap, satu-satunya keunggulan menginap d bekizaar adalah tengah kota, persis depan TP. Yang paling mengganggu adalah soal kebersihan: ✓ Ada banyak anak kecoa sesaat stlh masuk kami menemukan, kami pikir cuma kebetulan, bahkan penanganannya ga segera. Setelah awalnya dibersihkan manual dng di pel dan obat serangga, baru dipanggilkan yg kompeten, tetapi lama baru tiba. Dan tetap tdk berhasil. Masih kecoa kecil muncul, termasuk malam ke-2. Penanganan dikatakan lambat krn sdh malam, harapannya kamar bersih, bisa langsung istirahat. Bukan menunggu menahan kantuk sampai 2 jam lebih (termasuk menunggu saat penanganan dan refresh udaranya) ✓ Janjinya hari kedua bakal bisa pindah kamar, tapi hari kedua dibilang belum tahu. ✓ Kurang bersih dalam membersihkan spt bawah kasur, ujung ruangan. Lalu soal lain: ✓ tidak ada lahan parkir meski disediakan petugas yg bantu memarkirkan. Tetapi d jalanan blkg hotel, resiko juga. ✓ Makanan breakfast ga terlalu enak, variasi sedikit. Yg baik dan sudah standar: ✓ Amenities mandi lengkap, air lancar, bisa panas dingin dengan cepat, pembuangan air lancar. ✓ AC berfungsi.

Staff ramah & byk membantu. Dekat Mall Surabaya Plaza, Alun2 Surabaya, Wisata Kapal Selam. Sarapan Pagi banyak Macam. Kamar Bersih. Tdk kedap suara. Tidak ada Teh/Coffee dikmr. Air Galon ada diluar kmr.
