We stayed at Amaris Hotel Ambon for 1 day during my friend 's business trip. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staffs. Breakfast also great, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍.

They gave us smoking rooms. Really ugly! Smells horribel. Why hotels do still have smoking rules? Isn´t that forbidden worldwide? We made some noise and finally gave us acceptable non-smoking rooms.

Jam 1 pagi harus check out karena di lantai 16 ada event musik yang sound nya sampai buat kamar getar. Saya stay di lantai 10 dan dari pihak hotel offer pindah ke lantai 9 padahal saat kita mau check out di reception lantai 6 kondisi getaran masih berasa sekali. Saya long stay dari senin sampai minggu, namun pemberitahuan baru H-1 melalui surat yang di put di dalam kamar. Supposed to be buat event tidak dadakan, harusnya pihak hotel memberi informasi sehingga kita bisa cari mitigasinya, dan ga harus sampai check out dan cari hotel lain jam 1 pagi. Need seriously to take action on this.
